Depends on the method & finishing level of the installer.

yes because its installation directly affects the wiring and battery of the company. if for any unknown reason your car gets fire then company will not reimburse you.
yes it definitely voids the warranty of your vehicle.

Terrible way of installing film on the glass. That’s not how it should have been done. Glass should be completely removed to install it.
