I have the book and pondered the sentence, “Paper always curls to the grain direction” for a long time because it doesn’t help me get to next step. Is the grain along the curl strip or along the straight strip? I think the grain is along the straight strip, but wish the instruction is more clear.

Try it and see! Not sure what you mean by poster board paper, but all paper and board have a grain direction. Good luck!
