Great work! Even though it's targeted for 5e this guide still proves to be valuable. A wealth of information for any DM that wants to run the greatest D&D campaign every written. The World of Greyhawk!
For sure! I have the original boxed set for the setting and will be using it for my upcoming C&C campaign . A handy players guide i could give to players as is would be the dream. Heh
Bought. Happy to support. I'm trying to compile all my old material to see what I can publish, too, that won't be too much of a headache to convert to 5E.
I love how you incorporate the "Gary Gygax" classes of savant/sage, mountebank, and thief-acrobat, using subclasses and backgrounds. Mystic is missing; one of the monk subclasses mentions the mystic but I couldn't find that subclass in this book.
I’m starting a Greyhawk game with a friend and this would be a great resource for creating his characters! I wonder why there’s not a Tharizdun patron for Warlocks? Love the magic user schools!!!
Can I be a fanboy for a minute? This channel has become my favorite now that I've moved away from skill-based games like CoC more towards D&D. Your catchphrase "Thanks, and enjoy the show" is right up there with Seth Skorkowsky's "Hello Internet!"
Hi, not sure if I miss this info, but in your player's guide, do you present new progression for each class? It replaced WotC classes progression and it feels more Greyhawk than Marvel? :-)
5e ruleset with the Greyhawk setting works fine. I had no problem running a Bandit Kingdoms campaign for 3 years using 5e. But I also limited race/class options to match the Greyhawk setting I wanted to run (which is in the era I call "prelude to war", with Iuz making big moves prior to the all-out Greyhawk wars).
You're doing St. Cuthbert's work, good sir.
With ya all the way Grognard .
Greyhawk is a huge sandbox world.

I am so glad you are able to get your hard work out there to a larger community and make some money off of it to support what you do. God bless!
I dream of a Castles & Crusades version, but understand the likely license limitations.
Can't happen given the current restrictions.
@@GreyhawkGrognard Yeah, I gathered as much. /sigh
@@TullowitYou could home brew/convert it?

I’m glad you’re making these! Great covers for both, too.
Looking forward to this.
Great video love Gh. Playing Gos
When will the Cleric's Guide come out?
Soon.
Great video! I already have (and love) your other book. I'll grab this one soon. 5E be damned, the info will still be useful to my C&C campaign.
still playing AD&D -- and as a DM using Greyhawk since 1984 -- Adaptation is our mantra -- so take my money.
Cheers -- from Grognard Turrall -- LOL
I started playing AD&D in ‘84 too. Still running it, but dabble in 5e and Pathfinder
1980 for me! Want to get back to AD&D, but currently playing 5e, including the new rulebooks.
Awesome 👍
Good luck.
You're doing way more for Greyhawk than Hasbro. Thanks for helping newbies get into the setting proper!
I hope that the new DMG helps push more traffic to your channel. Love the work you do
I'm hoping that both of your books will eventually be POD.
Eventually!

Let's get some new Adventures Dark & Deep going!!!
Purchased!

There's a Tharizdun cleric sub-class in the new Cleric's Guide.
@@GreyhawkGrognard Wouldn't want to meet one of those...
Thanks for the video, thanks! But watch out for Pinkertons!
How did you make the cover? What were your artistic inspirations?
There is a ton of stock art out there for very reasonable prices. You just have to be diligent and seek it out.

I'm interested in why you didn't make Warlocks with Iuz as a patron.
There's an Iuz cleric sub-class in the new Cleric's Guide.
This makes me want to play 5e, bad Joe!
Can you Talk about the elven citi es?

I give Greyhawk-themed subclasses that have the expected powers and benefits at different levels. I don't re-do the core classes.
@@GreyhawkGrognard great. Waiting for the PoD books version.
... and stay safe from Pinkertons!
If these books were done using classin rules I'd be all over them but eh I don't do 5e.
Or you could choose to not comment. Just sayin'.
You can say a lot of people don't play 5E...yet it's true that a LOT of people actually **do** play 5E.
I was specifically referring to people who watch my channel. I have a big 1E/2E audience.
