- We're still in Kuta, Lombok, Indonesia. This time we're exploring Bukit Merese (looks like New Zealand!) the beautiful Tanjung Aan beach and we also look for the famous pink sand beach. If you're looking for things to do in Lombok, all of these are definitely worth to explore. Other things in Kuta Lombok are the beach, surf, diving and checking out the backpacker area. As usually we used a motorbike (scooter) as our favourite form of transport, though sometimes you wished you had a car when it starts raining. You'll see all of this in this last video of Kuta Lombok, stay tuned for the next one where we'll be going into the dense jungle in search for Lombok's best waterfalls!

Hey Mike! Thanks for that, it was a really different experience that didn't exactly fit in Asia, more like New Zealand! Haha Noemie gets often cold, wet and hungry, so she'll be fine 😉.Ear infection is getting worse, which isn't that great as the next vlog will take us through the dense jungle of North Lombok chasing some waterfalls. But hey, we've got good vibes, so we'll make it!

Hey Ary, unfortunately this camera we use doesn't have an external mic output.. We do have another camera with a microphone and deadbeat that we should have used, we just forgot. But as you said, we're dedicated and this was just a learning moment for us and one more opportunity to keep improving! 😃

Hey guys is it fair to say on Lombok itself, the best beaches are in the south end? With white sand etc? I've been looking at sengigi but according to found it's all Photoshopped and it's black sand, and not white + bit dirty. And the pink beach isn't as pink as Instagram shows (filtering too) ?

Hey Tamaya! Awesome to here that! We stayed in two random places that we don't really remember. In Kuta it a villa off the main street and in north lombok the same (it ended on 'cottages'), one of the first ones on the left. Sorry I can't help you more!

Hey George, what an awesome message to read and great compliment! We're using Adobe Premiere Pro. We shoot the vlog during a day always, the editing differs a lot. Noemie just started learning editing 3 months ago, so first it took like 12 hours, but right now she's at 5 hours and still getting quicker and better! Thanks for watching our videos George 😊
One more question ^^ about your background music. Where do you look for it? Do you just get inspired by looking other travel videos? Would be great if you could post the song titles in your descriptions :) Don't you get any problems or warnings because of any licences? I uploaded a video of my Bali holidays in facebook a few months ago. Before I could finally post it I got a warning from facebook that I should have a licence for the audio content. I don't know how youtube handles this :D
