What a Beautiful River, I can't stop watching this video, and I'm getting more and more into Purchasing Guideline, the Lines look amazing and I've only had a few casts off an Lxi , so light compared to my SAGE Graphite, time will tell. Does anyone know how much to Fish here??

I seen it so many times,Fishers thrashing the line all over the pool then cast and expect any fish not to have noticed there there or something is. Even basic water craft on the bank before you put a line in the water is so important a lot of the time. But it amazez me how many fishers I see with no sense of this. Fishing with sight prawn/shrimp/worm slow still clear water teaches you just how much a fish in the water can detect on the bank out of the water.

I once fished a spot, on a very hot cloud free summer day, where I could see a lot of fish of different sizes. Started with "the right size", went smaller and smaller, and ended with a 10(?) double that I cut all the dressing off. Had a few rise and nose it, but no take. When I was about worn out, and had to leave, I tryed a old pale 8 single "chillimpse" - and when it hit the low clear water at least 10 - 20 feet upsteam, I could see the largest fishes finns start to move, obviously spooked. I tryed it over all the fish, with no movement, and went back to the tiny black double hook for "for ever" - not any reaction at all. Taught me a lot about not spooking with colours. The boat passed, and the fish went to deep to see, and I could go how with my dehydrated body and sore back.

Oh yes 3D line are very good now different companys start do the same. For my salmon fishing is the 44g 10/11# line best choice because of I fish big rivers and long cast is required. And I'm use a 15' 10/11# fast action short stroke rod and compline shoot amazing well and don't tangle because of it's own stiffness! I say in Norway S2 line catch most fish in Sweden I say S5 different structure and different behaviour of the salmon is key factor for this choice! Bjorn

Hi Sri Lanka fly fished Sri Lanka with a vintage 7 wt with 250 g shooting head on a vintage fiberglass rod, lots of fun. Other trip twenty miles off shore reef but fish too big for that line of fishing.

Not a lot of point as they sink they go from intermediate to various sinking densities

I like to watch no time waste casting and loops in the left hand. The amount of time some anglers waste doing all kind of things while "fishing", can be almost depressing to watch.
