    Took me 6 months to lose 10 kilos and still in the Process. I decided to change after doing some hiking and realized na sobrang pagod ako kahit ilang minuto palang Started from 15 minutes exercise and now i can tolerate up to 1 hr. tried to change my diet little by little. Dati yoyo diet din because of fad diets pero ngayon i do not deprive myself. I eat what i want pero controlled. I started from 90 kilos and now, 80. Still in progress❤️

    Thank you for this video, Doc! I like how you said that it takes time kasi it's not just going on a diet but actually changing your lifestyle. It gets frustrating when relatives suggest so many weight-loss tips that only have short-term effects kasi they wsnt to see you get thin agad. Toxic Filipino culture siguro haha.

    Thank you doc! I've been watching your videos about healthy diet. It's been 8months na nag di diet ako and workout. Calorie deficit and intermittent fasting lang ang diet ko and I don't deprived myself i eat whatever i want with limit.🤗

    I'm drinking warm lemon juice (21 days challenge) morning and night time. No rice and soda. Intermittent fasting and one meal a day. Sorry guys no exercise because I am already tired from my work. I started June 13- with my weight 56.7kg and today I checked my weight July 3- 52.5kg.

    Thank you for this Doc. I've been stressed out lately kasi po na stop ako sa diet and exercise since holidays. Nitong January nagsimula ulit ako kaso, hindi ko mapigilan yung cravings. Almost two weeks na po ako sa current weight ko which is 110 KG ( Starting weight was 130KG) at nadedemotivate na talaga ako. Buti na lang napanood ko ito. Ramdam ko ulit na nagboost ang motivation ko. Thank you, Doc! Isa po kayo sa mga pinakikinggan ko when it comes to diet. More power po!

    I'm so happy na napadpad ako sa Channel mo Doc. dahil sayo mas lalo akong naging eager na magbawas ng timbang. From 84 kg last yr. Dec. 2020 Currently 72.60 KG na ko hehehe sinunod ko lang ung mga payo mo hehehe Napaka informative kasi at madaling unawain ng mga sinasabi at inaadvice mo, KUDOS FOR YOU AND FOR YOUR TEAM DOC. 😁😁😁

    Hi Dr.Makalintal isa po ako sa inyong subscriber lagi po ako nanonood ng vedio nyo. I'm 66 years old mahilig po ako magexcersice wala naman po ako problema sa health. Ano po ba ang tamang diet sa idad kong ito. Healthy concious po ako.ano po ba ang tamang pgkain ko sana matulungan nyo po ako. Tama po ba na di naako nakain ng rice at anykind of pasta di rin po ako nakain ng pork chicken lang kinakain ko at quaker oats.sama po mabigyan nyo ako ng tamang advice sa pgkain.wala po sakit.maingat lang po ako sa pgkain.thanks Doc.

    Hello Doc.
    Isa ako nag-abang dati sa Intermittent Fasting na video nyo po. 16kg po ang na-lose ko before po yun. After po nun nag-lose po ulit ako ng another 12kg. 3 months na po ang video nyo about dun.
    28kg na po ang nalose ko sa loob ng 6months po. Never ko po ni-restrict ang mga pagkain. Pag may cravings, go lang din basta pasok po sa daily calories ko. Mas pili din po ang kinakain. More on healthy and proteins

    Hi Doc. Thanks for this! Quarantine made me do a CRASH Diet, got addicted too much on dieting and exercise. I practiced intermittent fasting, calorie deficit until I got very underweight & experienced anemorrhea (6 months now) 😔 Today, I'm on my way on a healthy weight and hopefully get my period back.

    Thank you Doc,Im now 53 kls.A year ago im 56 kls.Bawas kanin,iwas fried.Isang boiled egg lang breakfast ko.Sabi ng Doctor ko,dapat mga 48 kls lang ako,kc 4'11 lang ang hieght ko.Nahirapan ako abutin ang kahit 50 kls lang sana.

    Na try ko na lahat nng advises pero Keto diet lang talaga nag effective sakin.. Nawala diabetes ko, bumaba rin triglycerides and cholesterol level ko. From 95kg to 67kg in 5 months 😊.
