What would cause auto shots to restart their timer after an aimed shot has gone off? before prepatch I was able to auto aim followed by an instant auto. Now it seems to be auto aim then auto timer starts then auto goes off.

Should i pump renataki or jom gabbar in naxx with UD trinket?

If you have blue UD, then jom for most bosses. If you got mark, then bosses like PW, Saph etc Id go with that.
Renataki is my go to on almost all bosses, its just insane damage.
