19:32, a bit odd that the macemen did not dig the moat, it appears that the attempted to attack the eastern 4x4 tower, but as it was on top of the hill it could not be reached. It might be the case that the ai considered it exposed, as there were accesable adjacent tiles next to it. In stronghold crusader all hills are given a one tile impassable rock buffer, possibly in an attempt to prevent this issue as well as prevent the construction of staircases to bypass hills/mountains.
You can actually burn down the entire forest with all the enemy units in it. Just place some pitch in between the trees. Once the first few trees catch fire, it will spread from tree to tree on its own :)
I cheesed this mission by building a tower on a hill near the outpost, right next to the stone quarry. As soon as the enemies spawned my archers and crossbowmen would start shooting. But i like your way as well.
9:28, well there was nothing the swordsmen could do, standing still was the most sensible option as swordsmen cannot dig moat and there was no other exposed surfaces the swordsmen could attack.
