The 31:20 case the lawyer is on point. Sounds like someone is dropping the ball and now the suspect is just in jail waiting. Let's figure this out. But remember speak to the judge not the other site lawyers.

no, some do things differently. In my county probable cause is done with a lawyer, there you arent required one, like how he isnt required to wear a robe
This one was delayed and longer as the judge had to help Court #3 and I wanted to include the fugitive case at the end when most had already left.

@ I get each state is different and such. I kind of like how they don't require a robe as an aside
PC shouldn't be able to be found before video corroborates not "oh if video is found then we can kick it later", seems like a waste of taxpayer money
