Love your clear explanations of how to approach your puzzles! I've messed with these when I was younger, but never with such a clear approach to it. Now you've got me wanting to find one and put your approach to use!
I solve it very similar to you, but this video was so good I watched it straight through....excellent explanation. And if anyone is considering getting one of these, this brand here is the best on the market in terms of quality and speed.

I remember spending _months_ getting good at solving these, because in Final Fantasy 1, you can do one for bonus gold and items, and the faster you do it, the better your rewards. I intuited most of this techniques (or at least similar ones) over time, and by the end I was getting down to sub-minute times and even sub-30 once.
Question, if you have a puzzle that’s in the right order and you take out the 14 and 15 and swap them, is it possible to solve it by sliding the numbers in the correct order? No matter what I do I can’t get the last two in order. Doesn’t matter if it’s 14&15, 12&13, 10&11 it just doesn’t seem to work out. Thanks!

@@bluegarren9361no worries! A good idea is to scramble by starting from the solved state and just sliding the tiles around until it's muddled up. Otherwise, if you dump the tiles and put them back you have a 50% chance it'll be unsolvable.
Could you help me? I tried it many times but result is always same 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 15 13 14 12 x My last three numbers(11,12,15) are not arranged automatically
@@abhikmondal9277 ah, your puzzle has got into an unsolvable state. If you put the tiles in randomly, there's a 50/50 chance it will be unsolvable. If the tiles don't come out and just move around, you need to prise one (any one) of them out and swap it with it's neighbour, then it should be solvable.
It means your puzzle is in an unsolvable state. If you can remove the tiles: remove them all, put them in in the correct order and then move them around to scramble the puzzle. If you can't remove the tiles, it has been messed around with. You need to remove those two tiles and swap them back.

Excellent video, timed it before and after went from almost 10 minutes just trying randomly to just under 2 minutes

Nope, I'm afraid that's impossible. You'll need to pull out a couple of tiles and swap them round. Then it will be solvable again.

Can you make a video about how to do it faster? The average time it takes me to solve one is 17 secs.. But i want to do it quicker
Unfortunately, I think it's really about practising a lot... But also, 17 seconds is pretty fast... :-)

The quickest way is to put 1-2-4, and then slide 3 under 4, and make it go up in the middle. The same goes for 5-6-8, and sliding 7 in the middle.

Why are my 12 and 11 inverted? Frustrating!
