    As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

      I think the safest strategy is to diversify investments. Like spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.

    NPS is becoming better day by day. Of course annuity should not be preferred option but just like mutual funds, there should be availability of SWP (systematic withdrawal plan). Here, I would like to ask, what is the Tax Treatment on amount withdrawn from tier 2 account of NPS? (1) Is the entire amount (Principal + ROI) or only ROI (based on individual’s applicable tax slab)? or (2) Is taxability separately based on three different asset classes of investments i.e. equity, corporate bonds, government securities (E,C,G)?

    financial literacy is very important for country like India. There are many existing products and every year we get to see emerging products.
    The real problem is not every one is aware of all options they have and also do not have interest until they reach to their 40s.
    Its important to have financial literacy as a subject starting from school till college and it should cover all aspects of investments, products and emerging products. I'm sure that will help younger generation to think in right direction and will start early investments as soon as they get their first job, which intern will help them to build corpus.

    Very good information bro... Thanks a lot..I have a doubt that can PPF be a better option for 20 or 25 years where risk is less and return is high?

    Classic.. perfect explanation with differentiation ... Thank you boss. One request regarding corporate Employee - we have Employer Contribution in PF which included in our pkg. Can you explain under which section we can claim tax deduction for same .. as per as my knowledge this is divided into two parts - one goes to PF and some EPS.

    • @AssetYogi
      @AssetYogi  5 лет назад

      It's EPF. This can be claimed under section 80c

    Sir, If I have an FD of 5 years lock in period. Then the total interest earned will be included in the taxable income after 5th year return OR the the each year interest will be included in each year return.
    Please suggest me.
    Thankyou.

    • @AssetYogi
      @AssetYogi  5 лет назад +1

      Prakhar is right. You have to pay tax on interest every year.

      Sir, then how the TDS would be deducted on the interest which I will get after fifth year.
      Also, if my first year TDS gets deducted from first year interest then my interest after TDS deduction gets compounded on my amount . It means I will be get less interest on second year. Is it true ?
      Please suggest.

      @@akashagarwal3239 It depends on what payment option you have selected for interest income. If you are getting interest amount every month/quarter/year, you'll have to pay taxes on those in the same year. If you have opted for lumpsum payment at the end of the tenure, then you'll get the maturity amount minus the TDS charged.

    Sir, videos are full of information.
    Just 1 thing, why did you kept EPF as an option with PPF?.its a mandatory requirement to have this for all employees. I think you should have considered VPF instead of EPF.
    please clear if i am wrong.
