How do I become an Outdoor Lineman in Wisconsin? I am having a very difficult time finding anything online. Seems to be mostly if not only indoor wireman apprenticeships.

IBEW 2150 is the outside lineman local for the area. I'm Inside 494 so I don't know the exact geographical boundaries of 2150
