Also I've got the same little tin cup that you have. I've had it for years and don't really know where I got it from but probably from my my favorite grandma who gave me her iron skillet that her mom actually gave her when she set up housekeeping. So it's over 140 years old now and It makes the best cornbread. Can't wait for your next video Love ya

Momma Joyce, My mother made these salmon patties when I was young. Unfortunately, I never took note of what she put in them. My hubby and I bought a few cans of salmon thinking we’ll figure it out. Just found your channel. I fixed up 2 cans of salmon patties this weekend to eat during the week for the family. We pretty much use the same recipe. The only difference is that I use 2 eggs, no milk, some salmon juice, and a teaspoon of lemon juice for each can. One time I started it, and found out I didn't have any cornmeal. So I ground up some bbq pork rinds. It was pretty good. But I prefer Martha White yellow cornmeal. I hope you stay happy, safe, and healthy! Thank you for your channel!

One time I suggest that you use about 3/4 sleeve of crushed up Ritz crackers instead of cornmeal. I also add the liquid out of the can and and 2 eggs. I never have to add milk. They come out very moist and tasty. Everyone that I share them with say they are the best that they ever had.
