I would like to say thank you to both of these young men and former North Korean soldiers for sharing some of their knowledge and experience regarding their former lives in North Korea. The tight control over information flow both into the country and out is amazing to me as a person who has never lived under a dictatorship. As for our gear in today's military service it hasn't always been like that. Body armor is commonplace today, but past generations fought without the benefit of a somewhat higher likelihood of survival and it was always about money and politicians. The politicians, most of whom never served our country, remain obstacles to achieving quick and decisive victories. Hopefully there will be a future where no politician, no fake royal bloodlines claiming rule by birthrights, and a common recognition those of us within the 99% of the global population were never enemies to start with. It (war) has always been about land, natural resources, controlling the masses, and maintaining power among a very small group of inbreeding bloodlines. Imagine what life can be like if the 99% quit allowing themselves to be manipulated by the 1% and ended the divisions deliberately created within each and every institution supposedly designed to make our lives better.

Guns are outlawed in most places in the world, but even in the USSR, Communist China, Nazi Occupied Europe, London, NYC, or Chicago in the USA people have been able to get their hands on Guns, even Military type weapons! It is not so much the "Tools" (guns) as it is the Skill of the User.
Watch a couple videos of "3 Gun Competitions" (Pistol, Shotgun, Semi-Auto Rifle), in the USA we have Teenage Girls who are Champions! Watch some videos by Black Rifle Coffee Company, showing them out shooting. Not only US (Australian, British, Canadian, South Korean, etc.) Veterans have these Skills; although the Skills were Taught by Veterans. These skills do make some politicians in the USA, and more so in the UK, Canada, etc. Very Concerned, and trying to Limit Our Rights.
The Chinese Communist Party is confident (and correct) that They are sufficiently protected from Foreign threats, and that their Armed Forces can achieve most of the goals of the Communist Party (there are other consequences than military defeat that Deter Communist China). More than 30 Years ago the faltering Soviet Union was able to equip most of their Millions of Front Line Soldiers with Body Armor. That Communist China had belatedly decided to go to the Expense of doing so, says more about what they believe about the lives of their soldiers.
Communist China has been "standing up" to the USSR/Russia since about 1955, and against the USA since 1965 or so. When in its interest the CCP has worked with the USSR/Russia, and/or the USA. Since 1947 neither the USSR nor the USA could invade China and conquer it. Despite significant Military (and minimal Naval) Strength, Communist China has not be capable of defeating even Vietnam (c.1979 invasion). Possibly, if they were willing to face the Economic Consequences, CC could conquer Taiwan.

It's hard to train your troops for combat when most the time they have to grow their own food. The same in many Communist armies such as Vietnamese one.

Watching these videos and hearing their stories helps me to appreciate how lucky we are as Americans to live such a safe comfortable life and that there are many people out there who don't have those luxuries much less everyday safety. Keep up the good work guys awesome videos
If they havent already, get them to react to a A10 warthog
Only ever fired three rounds? My friend, you need to visit Texas sometime.
5:55 "F***ing shot me right in the f***ing head. F***."
lmao he isnt even shaken, just kinda pissed about it. What a Chad.
Thats probably the adrenaline talking right there. 😂
The surprise they have at the sound of a gun is sad.
If there had actually been a war between the US and North Korea these poor kids would have died in moments.
They should be shown the SEALS vs IDF from the deadliest warrior show.
Or Apache gun videos. Popular Mechanics claimed that in Iraq in 2007, less than 200 Apaches claimed 71% of the enemy kills when there were 140,000 U.S. troopers plus hundreds of other armed flying vehicles in the area.
they should show them that , although it is a pretty stupid show.
Why show them fantasy BS aimed at idiots?
Show them the 1st Medal of Honor ever recorded.
"as someone who's done this before" But in the opening you didn't even know what a gun firing sounded like. I think you boys should put on your tennis shorts and stick to paintball.
5:45 “looks like they threw a grenade” 😂😂😂
It was a grenade, maybe it came from the AF but still a grenade 😂
you can thank hollywood for that.
😂😂😂😭😭😭

4:11 “I can tell they fluent with using these real bullets and all these real weapons” LOL well they had better be!
I would like them to react to more extreme wars that were in Afghan .
Exactly. I gave them the link for the Battle of 73 Easting. Too bad the choices are a three and a half minute video or a 1 hour video LOL
First Medal of Honor recorded
@@Ungovernable_Schizo I watched the video and that guy for sure is a hero.
Much love from the USA. America loves the Korean people.
This has always been a curiosity of mine to see their reaction on this particular situation. So thank you for promoting a video that encourages dialogue.
The first clip was from Special Forces working with Afghan partner forces which is why they were so calm and had really nice equipment.
They had to see Fallujah
They should have shown this video instead ruclips.net/video/GoEsN6mDLfs/видео.html
Watch the movie "The Outpost". True life movie about an American Outpost in Afghanistan, were the American Force are attacked by 500 Taliban Fighters.
Did you know Navy Seal jump out of airplanes without parachutes. They throw there parachutes out the plane and when they jump they have to catch there chutes before they hit the ground.
Cap
It's true
They have to do this incase if they go to war at night. So the enemies don't see them in the sky.
I find it funny as hell north korea soldiers believe they could defeat the United States in a war ! Fighting north korea would be like stepping on an ant
Good friend of mine was deployed with the Marines to Iraq in 04-08. Crazy to me to think about what he went through and saw over there. I dont ask questions but after 4 years he was retired from the military. He suffers from PTSD and has retirement/disability pay for life. Im not exactly sure what it was that made him retire but of the few rare times he ever mentioned his time there, I recall him telling me about losing 3 friends to an IED that blew up a Humvee they were in, which I assume was the turning point for him. He never went into it in detail, but I know it couldnt have been anything short of a horror show. Hes fine physically aside from minor back and knee issues but mentally, I know hes dealing with some serious vices. So much respect for him and for the brave men and women who have lost their lives and continue to risk their lives for us.
Oh man, it was a meat grinder then. That guy was possibly getting into gun battles on the daily. I know Eli Cuevas (Eli Doubletap) has some crazy stories from around '07. His batallion saw a lot of fighting at that time. He got tossed into it pretty much day 1. Look after your Marine friend. Keep checkin' in.
"North Korean soldiers react to M*A*S*H"
ex North Korean soldiers:" wow, that's the sound of a gun?!"
They are not north Korean soldiers. They are south Korean boy band
They should react to realizing they aren’t actual soldiers and would be beaten by Girl Scouts
Adding to Joseph Perez, you guys should react to the first Medal of Honor ever recorded.
I wonder how they'd feel about watching footage about the Korean War.
You should show them videos of the type of armaments that US civilians own and use. It would not only be the US military that a foreign enemy would have to fight but large swaths of the civilian population
We have over 80 million hunters in America it's consider the largest free standing military in the world ..plus it's big business.
they should show them footage from one of the big sandy shoots.
ruclips.net/video/DiVFaJ2o3KU/видео.html
Some news lacky once took footage of the Knob Creek machine gun shoot and relabeled it as a battle in Syria...
6:00 I guess that soldier shot is very lucky to live, if you get a shot in your head, your basically dead. He must either gotten shot in the eye with a weak bullet, or the bullet grinded against his skin from the side.
Lol y'all crack me up, and seemed to be boys. I've recently been going in on the videos and Im grateful for your time and true responses. Thanks and thankyou for future services guy's. Peace out from Massachusetts, USA.
For the Afghan war, there was something called “Heroic Restraint”.
Even taking fire, not to return. Capture the enemy without shots fired.
Or taking fire waiting for the go ahead to fire back.
Nah dude it’s called “hostile act/intent” and you can most certainly shoot back if you have PID (positive identification)
@@EricKremer think he is talking about something else, like if you have overwelming advantage but lack intel or you know they have useful intel you need it could be wise to trade a few bullets to get it or good risk reward ratio in economic terms.
@@EricKremer PID is interesting when you're trying to identify a dirt-dusted individual in dirt colored clothes 200 yards across a valley, using dirt-covered rocks as cover on a valley wall of dirt.
Please react to The Battle of Fallujah. This is "calm" according to them, time to step it up to The Shitshow
they not ready for that one lol
First of all, mad respect for escaping North Korea. You mentioned 9/11 in the beginning, and they said they heard very little about it. I think I would like to see them reacting to some of the most powerful videos from New York City on 9/11. Here is a RUclips video u can watch, it’s very powerful.
ruclips.net/video/EEogeIIOJzU/видео.html
You should get them to react to US and British special forces operations.
I love all of the interviews with these two young men! They're so incredibly polite and humble! I'm truly glad that they aren't in NK anymore! I'd buy these fellas a beer or a coffee anytime!
I hope they live long, peaceful lives and get a chance to enjoy their (relatively) newfound freedom! Good for them!
They should react to Saving Private Ryan
Just the first scene... or the last scene against the Tiger.
@@ex-navyspook Any would work fine, they could even react to Band of Brothers.
Why?
Only the landing. Everything else had liberties taken with reality.
They should watch Black Hawk Down .
I would love to see them react to A10 warthog close air support
Even I, a middle schooler have shot more that three bullets.
Glad to have you guys.
North Korean soldiers getting shipped off to fight the US: these guys will be easy to take on, they’re cowards and that’s why they haven’t fought us yet
A-10 Warthog Pilot: [chuckle] bet
Have them react to the “French foreign legion”
Oh, one other thing: Do a review of one of those Apache helicopter attacks at night where they splatter glowing green goo all over the landscape. See if they recognize whats going on.....
These guys must be clerks, even our cooks have more combat experience. They really need to see footage of the A-10 Warthog in action. Would probably have to be resuscitated.
Glad you made it out guys!!!!!
You guys are your kids I'm glad you are here Amigos .hello from Sacramento California area.hola!
