  • All the Training in the World can't get you those Running PB's if you aren't able to recover from the training. And fortunately - I've had a lot of time recovering whilst injured, so I tried every popular recovery hack and rated them out of 10. Train Hard Recovery Harder and Run Way Faster - give it a watch.
Check out my INSANE cross training whilst rebuilding towards hopefully not another injury!

Loved this vid. And can't believe for the probably now months of total time watching RUclips videos on running that this is the first time I've seen a video dedicated to recovery 💪🙌

    I love the content Connor
but cor blimey beetroot powder seems pricey per serve ($2-6 here in NZ)
It seems 30g of canned would give 400mg of Nitrate, similar to what is in a Shot or Powder serve
but would cost a mere 20-30c

      Thanks mate!
I recently finished a bag that was expensive and I’m now onto bulk supplements brand which has much better serving costs.

After Strength Training I often feel sore and am more likely to get injured how can I stop this. Love The Channel

Good Question - I Would put your Strength training on days that you also do running intensity, so that your easy running days are also a strength training rest. I'd also suggest splitting up your leg sessions to two easier sessions.

You can either drink decaf in the arvo and limit caff later in the day or save the caff for race day when it counts (or big sessions)
