A note on smoking - the only reason I was able to quit was by using Honey Rose. They're non nicotine, non tobacco cigarettes so you get the motion of smoking without the addictive additives. I started by switching to half real, half Honey Rose then slowly to just Honey Rose and then eventually stopped all together because they don't have the same hook. I keep a pack for when the urge suddenly hits or if I'm with friends who smoke (because I don't trust myself.) You have to buy them online. I've seen them in Amazon but I don't know if they're legitimate on there so I would still buy from their official website

My dad stopped smoking by drinking water everytime he wanted to smoke. I know it sounds stupid, but he used to smoke like 2 packs a day for years and now it's over 15 years he stopped smoking 😺
Julia Zanoni it works with discipline. Most people have an oral fixation so the act of continuously bringing something to your mouth is all they need to replace the cigarette. Worked for me!

What I really love (and envy) about you Drew is that you can communicate abstract thoughts so well.
