Thank you! I overthink a lot before sleep. Just made a table in a word file with the quadrants. looking forward for using it. Dr Al Griskaitis I'm the kind of person who loves onion rings 😤
This sounds like a really useful technique. I sometimes write my thoughts into a note app but this doesn't seem as effective but that maybe because I don't have the 4 different buckets.
Not sure what you mean. Books about mindfulness? There’s no books on this technique, I came up with it in the course of my clinical work. Seems to be very helpful/practical and far less daunting than mindfulness. I think it’s a good entry into mindfulness.
As someone who struggles with anxiety and insomnia I so appreciate the content and resources you provide. I'll definitely be trying this one!
Let us know how it goes!
Fantastic and simple.. thanks
Oh I love this one!! I need to try this. Thanks Dr Al and Jess.
You’re welcome!

Give it a go!
Most people who actually do it find it really helpful.
Do let us know how you go!!
She is OBSESSED with this guy lol
lol. But frankly I prefer people interacting between them than when they are looking straight at the camera. It looks less like a lecture IMO.
