2019 on September I traveled from Lithuania to Austria on my Honda ST1300 Pan European trough Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia. Raining all day long.

yes it is , mine has an aftermarket taller one , but , unless you are as tall as I am (6`8") you really dont need a taller one .
