Excellent job. I just got my different bullet loop jigs from you and it’s much easier than the paper ones I have been using. Thanks. Looking forward to ordering other products from you.
Thank you! It was a fun build. The customer sent us images of his different logos (one of which was the skull) and wanted it replicated on the holster. Turned out okay and fits the shape of the holster itself pretty well
Gorgeous! Makes it look so easy. True craft right there! (I have a tip top shape, with all attachments, tredle sewing machine from 1907. Anyone know if they will sew leather?)
Thanks! I've got an old Singer of a similar age - should be fine so long as the leather isn't too thick. The welt edge of a holster might be too much, but wallets and watch straps and bags etc. should make it through okay. Love those old antiques! They don't make 'em like they used to right?
I just came across your Channel you do great work! What color dye is used on this rig and has it been reduced? Great looking rig with holster options. Thank you for sharing.
Hey - thank you! The color on this particular piece is Fiebings Show Brown and yes, we reduce at a 4 to 1 ratio. It helps to control the dye and help keep things even.
Fabulous build on that rig my man. I have a question….I have been searching around for a cartridge loop template like you used in the video. Could you point me in the right direction? I’m getting tired of hand stitching loops these days.
Hey JD - sorry for the late reply, didn't see the notification. Thank you! So the cartridge loop template (the acrylic piece, right?) is actually made in-house. If you're interested, shoot me an email (gavin@hellhoundleatherco.com) and I'll hook you up with one.

The knife belonged to the fellow I crafted the rig for. He has a RUclips channel here: ruclips.net/channel/UCskH0rh7h9jBjdDK5ZSudIQ I'm sure you could reach out to him and he'd be happy to tell you. Helluva guy.

Takes all the guesswork out, and its a helluva lot sturdier than paper haha. Seriously some of my favorite tools. Glad they're treating you right!
@@HellhoundLeatherCo For sure. My file folder ones are basically paper and end up wearing out after several uses.
Love the cow skull.
Nice work

Fantastic work!!! Love the ghost rider and Aztec holsters
Thank you so much Joseph - I appreciate the kind words!
@@HellhoundLeatherCo trying to decide between the Aztec and scout rigs. Both great looking
@@josephpace8816 Well, we're a custom shop, so if there are elements of each you like, lets mix-n-match and get the best of both worlds :)
@@HellhoundLeatherCo sounds great. Will be in touch soon. Getting my guns in a couple of weeks
Beautiful work! Thoroughly enjoyed the video!
Good job on the whole rig.

@@HellhoundLeatherCo do you use Fiebing’s Dye Reducer or something else?
@@powderpatchandball424 Yes, we use Fiebings.
It's reassuring to see that everything isn't made in China. Good old fashioned American craftsmanship -- fine work, excellent product.
Thank you! Doing what little we can to bring work back to the USA
