- FIGHT CLUB IN THE STREET BEST OF KAJUKENBO
By Luis and Joe Diaz
No need to be an Olympic champion, a muscular man or a Judo expert to learn how to defend yourself, you just need to really want it and to listen carefully... Learning, understanding, analyzing and anticipating is within everyone's reach. The street is a jungle. You can spend your life without ever being attacked, but one day everything can change without a warning. Do not fear this danger, you just have to get ready and prepare properly.
Discover a whole range of complementary techniques (Krav Maga, Close Combat, and professional Kapap) that will show you the keys to a self-defense that is focused on efficiency against different attacks such as: holding, attacks with and without weapons, with kicks, or threats with knife and gun.
Whether you are big or thin, tall or small, supple or not, beginner or expert, it doesn't matter; "Fight Club in the Street" will teach you how to defend yourself against the most common attacks. Being a member of "Fight Club in the Street" is about learning how to defend oneself and not to attack, it is knowing how to help one's fellow man, respect oneself and respect others.
Luis et Joe Diaz:

the dude at 0:48 was like "oh someone got KO'd fuck that shit"
EVADE MODE ACTIVATED, EVADE MODE ACTIVATED
I love the way that master Joe Diaz ends his movements. It’s like his body goes into a skeletal freeze. Truthfully he’s probably one of the best Kajukenbo people on RUclips.
Effective and realistic martial arts. It's fantastic
Yeah studied kajukenbo for lil but fell off think about gettin back into it
Lightning fast and beautiful to watch. Powerful, dynamic, and graceful moves sir. Nicely done
0:50 background guy: OH HELL NAW
I like the way the guy with white hair turns round and practically eats the gun. Amazing
Kajukenbo, Made in 1947 Hawaii from a mix of Arts by 5 martial artist.
Ka- Karate
Ju- Judo,Jujutsu
Ken- Kenpo
Bo- Boxing- American & Chinese
And some Philippino Kali, Knife & Club.
As a former soldier, I can say it's good art. But just my opinion.
i like the way this dudes stop, looking like a power ranger...
Kaju dudes ARE power rangers bro!
@@mattjack5830 so im a ranger?
Salam / Syalom.
Very Good techinical kajukenbo. God blesz.
Krav Maga Lampung Indonesia.
Looks cool- would never work in real life though
You don't know that, bc if they made it it mustve worked in fights, also just bc it wouldn't work for you in a fight doesnt mean someone else couldnt use it and woop someone with it. Not the art it's the practitioner that makes a style effective in a street fight
@@partyspirits450
I’ve watched 100s if not 1000s of street fights
Tons of mma too
99.9% of the time this BS doesn’t work
@@weaponx100 there's a big difference between watching street fights and actually using and utilizing a martial arts principles and techniques in a street fight, so you actually dont know shit about how affective a martial art is in a fight. Also I bet all you watch are the martial arts demonstrations, wich r slowed down and shortened to prevent actually hurting the volunteer when the technique is being shown. At full speed and full contact those strikes would definitely hurt.
@@partyspirits450absolutely right and besides it's not the art but the artist who makes the difference, one particular art which is heavily criticized and underrated among martial arts practitioners is aikido, about which many claims that it is totally useless and BS, however it does have some serious and nasty throws and crippling joint locks, holds and submissions.
You shouldn’t underestimate a martial art before you actually fight a person who uses that martial art, Kajukenbo can work on a real fight depending on how the fighter uses it.
Who holds a gun like that at 0:37?
On the street, simplicity trumps complexity; these techniques are guaranteed to fail.
As a long-hair male of similar likeness and interest in martial arts, I feel like this was an attack on all long-hairs. ;-D
As a bald guy, I do concur...respectfully of course
LMAO!!!!
using moves against a non resistant opponent proves absolutely nothing
I trained in Kajukenbo back in the late 80s and early 90s for about four years, and I agree. Our school did some controlled sparring, but never anything that really tested our abilities to failure. And it was extremely light on grappling. I stopped going in 1993. I don't know what modern Kajukenbo is doing, but if I were young and starting training I would look at a school that mainly teaches muay thai or boxing, and BJJ, with some emphasis on dirty/street fighting situations.
True but this one a demo. Two. The practice of long sequences develops a skill needed in fighting. Three. When one takes a hard hit to a target like the eyes or groin you will flinch and move away and this opens up new targets. We train to exploit these targets. We also do mma
Please approach a Kajukenbo black belt with your low vibration energy
I know this is old as hell and y'all probably won't see this but like when y'all are practicing your techniques in the streets and people are walking by.....why do y'all say or do? I was always curious about that lol
If your attacker freezes after you touch him then let’s you do whatever you want to him then this style of martial arts will be very effective. What a joke.
Well legitimately speaking although its a demonstration the attacker would be pretty hurt, probably not the motivation to kill you but the motivation because their life is ass.
They would indeed take damage
Yes, makes sense, but Kajukenbo is a street defensive martial art. You do not want your attacker to get back up straight away and attack you, not very smart. So it is good to have them not cause more damage.
if that system had wing chun elements on it, that would so great
I'm thinking of joining a kajukenbo club but tbh I wonder if it's too intricate for a real fight. I'd like to see it in a real fight.
Not sure about a gun disarm without moving out of firing line 🤔
Not sure about that shit at all.its dumb.
@@GBrai-mu5zy if it was legit imagine all that impact on you, one hit after another rapidly.
If you take a look closer in terms of a human let's say they get really tired, they'd just fall asleep to prevent the body or mind from getting damaged unless you are very motivated to stay up like if you got work to do.
Now this is a similar example, you want someone's money because you're broke but then the target pulls some movie bullshit..
Its best to allow your body to drop.
But then if you're really fucking motivated to get 50 bucks then welp thats sad.
@@GBrai-mu5zy and speaking of witch the martial art is evolving and mixing.
If it didn't work then it would've been disbanded from learning.
@@zanik8326 it's not the martial art I doubt.this is basically a form of kempo karate, which is very legit.trying to fight someone that has a gun is the part that's stupid.it will get you killed. This is reality.
@@GBrai-mu5zy yeah that's true but its mostly for weapons that are blunt or knifes not really about guns...
But if this was when guns were never existent/rare like spears for example then this would be one dominant hawaiian martial arts
Great video documentation works by your channel. I really like it. Regards. Gurukulam communication are also promoting video documentation of kalaripayattu the traditional art form of kerala must visit & Suggest us. Thank you .
At 1.55 minutes in I'm seeing some bullshit !
Up till then it was good Kajukenbo.
That club was not going to lose its momentum
I Hope for all of us
that we defide Corona and start over with our Dojos
its easy to fight when opponent dosent move ;) try this on real life and you would taste your onw blood
They would get pretty damaged though.
Like they don't ACTUALLY want to kill you but to kill you because they wanted to feel happy by filling their emptiness then harming others by doing so.
And also if someone was doing all that shit I don't think I would move, id just accept it.
I'd be in shock.
Imagine all that impact on you.
Your body either just drops to protect itself or continue because you might die and its a real battle.
Although you wouldn't be strong as 100% do best option is to drop.
Unless that person you want to kill were doing some shit to you then yeah they'd get motivated and get back up
Is the Power Pose at the end of every move for instagram?
B. please
0:37 😪😒 ... yes yes ! Welcome to heaven ! 🤣😂
Dude those are slaps and rakes to the their BACK..how is that effective🤨 If I get slapped on my back while engaging an inside leg takedown to side control..how is that slap to my back even effective?
0'50 le mec au loin qui change de trottoir 😅😅
This is quite an advanced fighting system
Song called
Kernkraft 400 and sorry I’m late
kajukenbo vs kempo
@00:49 (LOL) look at the guy in the background
Ok muy bien 👍 👌
Kajukenbo is like Krav Maga
but i feel it look like kenpo version of krav maga
As a 5 year practitioner of Kaju, I can say we DO indeed use a lot of kenpo angles and a few kenpo principles. Kenpo, is after all, one of the 5 main systems that form Kajukenbo. But every school is different in its own. Our school looks a lot like an MMA school (albeit with some very "dirty" techniques..we like the dirty stuff ALOT) and we employ a good amount of BJJ, Wrestling, and Judo, as well as a fair amount of Muay Thai and Boxing, and really only a small amount of Kenpo and Karate. We spar and roll alot, and focus entirely on self defense and the realities of actual hand-to-hand combat on the street against determined attackers. But there are certainly plenty of other Kajukenbo schools out there that you couldn't tell apart from a Tracy's Kenpo, or your local family karate dojo. And some schools look like some really weird fantasy world mix of Aikido and Wing Chun that we wouldn't even bother wasting our time with, unless we are going there to beat some of them up lol. It pretty much comes down to where you train and who you train under.
Einiges erinnert mich an silat
I do kajukenbo
He is 100% DEAD at the 1:32 mark. Cool concepts at least in Kajukenbo but the gun disarms they should leave out of it.
I'm not a very high level in kajukenbo, but I saw a lot of things that bothered me in this video, that I think were probably just the "drama" but should have been done correctly
One thing in particular - doing ground work or taking a person to ground, and then not moving away before returning to stance
Look at
ruclips.net/video/yJE1LwX7l7U/видео.html
You can argue about the likelihood of it happening, but standing right where the attacker can now kick you is just bad kajukenbo. You see this a lot in this video
Also not checking surroundings for other threats. I thought that was one of the hallmarks of kajukenbo.
Damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.
this looks like krav maga
From how I met your mother ???
Sean Guy I got that reference
Ça ressemble plus au Penchak silat self defence q au krav maga kapa car le krav en defence il on pris à 99% les techniques de Penchak.sportivement
It seams quite fake
Malheureusement très loin de la réalité !!!
bu ne bremın
lol
1:30
This shit looks totally rehearsed. "Throw this punch, and I'll do X, Y, and Z!" Whatever......
ljimenez74 yes please walk up to a black belt and attack them hell bring your best friend so you have someone to lay next to in the hospital
Keep drinking the Kool-aid Chrissy. 😂
Chrissy Holland Lol, as a kajukenbo student, I can tell you right now that this guy wouldn't even survive one of our purple belt tests, let alone try fighting a sifu.
Of course it's rehearsed... this is called a demonstration. My point still stands. One of our purple belt tests would leave this fool lying on the ground crying.
Mauimuzik808 the fool I'm referring too is the original poster, by the way.
+Ixionos lol
C’est vraiment du bullshit
