New cyclist here, i weight 110 kg at 168cm. Ever since i start cycling I've been trying to find ways to take away the pain off my wrist and hands. (I brought a 2021 TCR Size S). My fat stomach simply weight too much. Performance is not my major concern at this point i just want to stay on my bike longer. Thanks for all your tips I will move my seat back and flip my stem around to see if things gets better! 謝謝!
我买的车子尺寸官方推荐160-175(xds,因为是入门款所以尺寸只有两个)。看了舒迷老师的课,慢慢的改了很多参数(换了坐垫和碳弯把(原先的宽度不合适,400改成了380))。车子默认把立是80 -10度,骑着骑着感觉整个人都是蜷缩着在骑车,我就想:160的人都可以骑这个车,那我一个172的“高个子”,这个把立肯定不够长(虽然本来就是耐力车架啦),然后找了找几何图,又翻了翻tcr的几何图,换了一个110mm -17度的把立。刚开始是不适应啦,后面感觉骑着真的很舒服,很舒展。另外摇车也会轻松(把立变长了)。这辆入门车也就依照tcr的几何凑合骑啦,等买了下一辆贵一点的车子再来找舒迷老师fitting
第一次看完,多騎了三千公里,做完fitting,再回來重看一遍,感覺領悟多了一些。

TCR新款的坐墊不一定能調到你需要的位置,我天天在FITTING TCR,這非常常見。
Dude I think TCR is most likely the wrong type of bike for your purpose. The geometry is simply too aggressive.
