Thank for the Recipe but being from Rome where the Recipe originated i can say: 1) bacon Is untraditionsl in Italy in fact here we use Guanciale, pork cheek cured ham. 2) grated cheeses used are "pecorino cheese" made with sheep milk and parmigiano (no idea what Is "Parmesan", here It doesn't exist). Raw eggs (some use only the Red part). Grated Black pepper. Carbonara, means " Coal miners' style", the Black pepper reminds Coal. Greetings from Rome.🟩⬜🟥
