    Hello sir, I'm 20 years old female 4'11 height I've recently lost weight which is now 48 kg and also few inches except my arms. They are still the as same size as when I started training and really big compared to my rest of the body. I do weight training as well as cardio. Do you have any video only for arms. Please help me I really hate my arms and want learner arms

      Hi! There is no way of spot reducing fat. You can only burn fat globally. The parts of your body where you lose fat first depend on your genetics. So if you continue working on getting leaner, sooner or later, also your arms will become lean.
