Well, I don't "read" music. Never did! I played by ear since '75. Listening to the bass notes intently was/ is my forte. I can only point out by clock when Bernard's riff play changed so, if you find the time, to HIS version intricately... at the times I designate: 5:04 (he rooollllls) 5:35 & 5:45 there are high chucks - similar 🤔...but different, repeated again at 6:08 & 6:17. At 6:01 there is another mode I recognize but... you know what? Don't YOU worry about MY idiosyncracies! Do YOU! 👍 Man, yours was the best version I heard anyone play including Nile's present bassist! I love your work and can't wait to see more of it. ✌️ 🎸
