Great job as always with these reviews Mike! I especially appreciate your dedication to showing us all the exterior lights, something people should definitely care way more about than many are. It's nice to not have to go all the way to a dealer just to see if one model has amber or red turn signals (yes, it matters more to safety than most people think). I would like for you to do something additionally though and i don't blame you for not thinking of this. As you have probably noticed, many new vehicles are taking advantage of LEDs for tail lights and one thing becoming quite common is for tail lights to be physically separate from brake lights. However, I have been noticing a trend for the past couple years, especially with vehicles that have tiny LED brake lights, where for some reason a car, despite having the tail lights and brake lights physically separate from each other in the rear light housing, will illuminate not only the brake lights but the rear tail/marker lights as well whenever you brake, even though the headlights/parking lights are off. It's not something you notice in your current night reviews because you only show the brake lights while the headlights and hence the parking lights/tail lights are already on. What I would greatly appreciate is if you would show us the brake lights not only while the headlights are on, but when the headlights are off. I know it sounds weird but try it. You maybe surprised to see how many current car models do it. This is a rather strange design that almost completely defeats the point of separating the tail light and brake lights as tail lights are really only supposed to come on when the parking lights/headlights come on. Please let me know if you need me to better explain. Thanks again for the great content!
