bought one ten years ago still love it we have hard clay in ohio, build flower beds gardens a must have for a home, over time it is best to put some fuel cleaner in the gas tank to keep it running smooth, lots of brands out their, just a gas treatment

I got one of these second hand yesterday with a cracked block. Goin to harbor freight today to get a predator 212cc engine and hopefully it will be a pretty easy swap.

      How'd the swap go?

@@leviferrero6068 she runs like a champ. Pretty much a straight swap. Definitely more power than I expected. If the honda on my pressure washer ever dies, it's getting the same treatment.

@@pioneerman4417 cool! Appreciate the reply. Harbor freight has 2 sizes bigger than that one, wonder if they'd fit?

Good to that you were cool enough to buy rear-tined tiller. Those front-tined tillers will definitely get rid of stomach gases with all the bouncing around you do trying to keep it in the correct position while tilling. Well were the money.

My Husqvarna tiller's transmission locked up. I wouldn't recommend this tiller.

You have more energy than I do. I wish I was your neibour! I would have done it in one hour with my farm tractor.

Cool that you let the kid do it could see that he was chomping at the bit to give it a go.

You need to run the tines in reverse until you break the soil up it's much easier to run and then put down the metal spike in the back all the way down and run the tines forward to break up the dirt

You can clearly see the tines are counter rotating.....

I got this tiller paid extra for the Honda motor, and I can say it has been one of the biggest pieces of junk,I ever paid for,it's been in the shop for not cranking, and it's sitting in my yard now, won't crank. I am sick of this pile of junk.

my thoughts as well. maybe he is planning on putting in a garden or maybe has other property but i would not buy one just for a one time use of yard work.
i have been on many construction sites and i have never seen them till the yard before installing sod. they will grade it off smooth and flat but tilling will require a lot of raking to level out the lumps left behind. you sure do not want bumps under the sod or your lawn will be wavy.

Why don't you Just pay the HOA to have them take care of your lawn. The lawn in the background looks great.
