Our Husqy 500rtt is over 15 years old! Sets all winter & starts first pull every spring! It's a great tiller! Nice video!

Very satisfying to see the whole patch get done. That really is a beauty.

My TR317D tills like a banshee both forward and counter rotating tines. The engine starts very easily even the first time after a winter in the shed. But the transmission shifting in a bad story. The rod linkage ought to be secured to the gear shift arm with a higher grade universal bearing. The ease to change gears had always been problematic. It is frequent that the forward and the counter tine rotation direction will lock between detentes and stall the engine when the deadman is engaged. (usually I need to goose the deadman in order to lock the transmission into the direction I require.) The need to grease the gearbox is poorly defined and the grease overfill relief is shabby. But I bought the machine to till and in the final assessment, while the shortcomings must be discovered and remedied, this tiller tills better than any other common tiller I have used in 48 years of tilling soil that otherwise might qualify as set concrete. Yes, I would buy the Husqvarna again.

That is a beautiful part of the state. We drove through that area on the way to Lauren’s, SC, yesterday. Thanks for checking out our videos.

Thank you for the awesome video. My property has a gravel area for parking cars, measuring 160 square meters. I've been looking for a way to mechanically remove weeds from this area. This is one machine I've been considering for the task. My idea is to turn the soil over, so the weeds get buried and die. What do you think about this? Thanks for your help!

If you already gravel down I would start with a low depth and see how the tiller handles gravel, especially if it is compacted.

@@yellowdogfarm Thank you for the quick response. The soil isn't very compacted, so it shouldn't be a problem. In fact, I've been thinking if there might be business opportunities in this, as no one offers such a service here in Finland! Greetings from Finland!"

@@yellowdogfarm Thank you for the message and your help; I appreciate it. Encouraging to hear that your friend has a similar method in use. One more question: do you happen to know what machinery does your friend use?
