    Great video you handled the machine well but one suggestion from me is try not to walk on your fresh tilled soil

    • @mantrapjicker
      @mantrapjicker 4 года назад

      @Kuv Koj the point is too loosen the ground to airate it and if you walk on it you are compressing the soil and removing the air you have just put into it

      Julian Hiatt,One man and his veg. Opposed to the air that wasn't there for some hundred years prior?

      Julian Hiatt,One man and his veg. I haven't tilled in years... Did it as a teenager for a local produce grower. I walked behind the tiller as did a heavy older man teaching me. The soil prior to tilling is far more compact than what anyone walking on it behind tiller could do. It will stay very well airated for the initial growing season.
      Calm down "Gunpowder".

    if oil is thick and goes down very slowly, you can put bottle into warm water before you start filling up the engine

    I enjoyed your video. Quite the area you've got there
    Does that tiller have a high-low going forward? Also, if you can, run your tiller at about 3/4 throttle then you can control it better.

      Hello Harry. There is no High/Low going forward. Re the throttle - the ground has some serious obstacles in it and it stalls if on anything other than full throttle when it hits a tree root or a boulder. On cultivated soil I am sure it would be OK. It's a great piece of kit.

      @@Charlyfarly2 Been there and done that also. I will let you know how my 1990 Troy Bilt Horse will perform, as I bought a used one a few days ago. It has a 8 hp Kohler with electric start and 2 accessory's.
