Yes, RSS makes custom shower pans of any size with a perfect level perimeter and minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drain. No need to cut the pan = loosing it's level perimeter. The RSS shower pans are also compatible with any bonding flange drain. It could be RSS, FloFX, Schluter Kerdi, Latictete. I have also used most premium waterproofing membranes available in the U.S. The RSS sheet membrane is my favorite one.
I have tried contacting them to buy a custom shower pan by the number on their website and even emailed them but they won't respond to neither one., are they still in business?
They are in business and I have never heard of any problems with the turnaround. Just call them again. Even bigger companies are not able to respond quickly when they have an overwhelming amount of requests. They are a great company to work with
Very nice! Thanks for sharing! Question: many tile setters say not to set the wall boards on the floor pan. Do you find any issues with that?
These wall boards are waterproof foam boards, so it is OK in this setup. The guidance you mentioned is for cement board with traditional pan liner.
Nice job
Thank you!
I have seen on other videos that you have used some schulter products. Any pros/cons of RSS over Schulter for prefab shower pans and kerdi board?

@@TileProUSA Good info. So RSS can fabricate any custom pan with any drain location you want?

This is like the Wedi system, it will fail at the edges, by the curb and wall boards.
A properly installed Wedi system does NOT fail. You simply need to educate yourself how to properly install it.
