EXACTLY WHAT IM THINKING, THEY CANT STAND BEING LOCKED UP IN TINY SUFFOCATING ENCLOSURES!!! in Africa the lions in conservation reserves r taken for one hour ENRICHMENT WALKS!! Lions need to be in the wild free to excersize, run around see beautiful nature, etc!!!
@@beachbunny8021 lions are naturally lazy and sleep most of the 24 hours in a day. If you see them in action in the wild then it is probably hunger motivating them to travel
@@beachbunny8021 thats done at Kevin Richardson’s sanctuary which does a lot different than other sanctuaries. This lion is doing his territorial roar letting everyone there know “this is my home. Don’t fuck with me”.
@Fardin Ahsan It's very cruel. I've been there and the enclosure isn't very large for the amount of lions. Also, they close any area that allows them to get away from the people. How would you like to have your privacy taken away just to become a sideshow to a bunch of noisy people??
Mellissa Eddinger it’s for conservation efforts. There are only 20,000 wild lions left out there. We can’t risk these majestic beasts, along with tigers, to go extinct.
@ Zoos are protected by the government tho. I'm not saying all zoos are good, plenty of them are in need of vast improvement, but its unfair to case them all together because of some rotten apples. I personally want my nieces and nephews to be able to see these animals alive and well in the future and if that means that some of them have to be bred in captivity, its a low price to pay. The descendants of these lions will eventually repopulate the wild and then it will all have been worth it.

@@geministrial950 low price to pay when you are not the one who's paying it. Overall I'm against locking up animals, that's all. I'm not gonna lock animals up, take away their life's, just so I can go see them a few times in zoos.

The thing is that most lions in captivity and also Indian lions grow a big mane, if that was a Barbary lion he would be more robust shorter at the shoulder, and with a main all the way down to his belly.

@Sam Parsa - it's obviously an African Lion. Indian Lions look bald on top of its head because the mane is kinda thin on top but thick on neck down to the lower part of its body.
Or they might be Ethiopian lions, they have both exceptionally dark manes and belly folds. Oh and typically Indian lions have shorter manes on their heads than most African subspecies. Do you know that there are some African lion subspecies that share genetic similarities with Asian lions, for example west African lions, central African lions and north African lions.
When Indian lions live in India they have short manes but when they export to European countries they have very big manes bcoz of weather. In 1990’s many cubs were export to European countries like Germany, france, england etc This is 100perccent asiatic lion

Stunningly handsome. 🙂
what he's actually saying is, ' I hate being a tourist attraction, can you put us back in the where we belong please? ' really sad to see.
but that's what greedy disgusting human's are all about isn't it? no surprise there.
Feel sorry for the lion. The noise must drive him and other lions nuts. He seems desperate for quiet.

I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO GET KILLED BUT ID LIKE TO SEE THAT LION GET FREE FOR A FEW MINUTES AND SCARE THAT KID QUIET. PLUS ALL THE OTHERS.
You can't tell kids to be quiet in a zoo, unless they're creating a disturbance. Also, the enclosures don't absorb sound, they reflect it.
That roaring made him tired:)

Spending rest of his life there....made him roaring.
