I can get them open without causing any damage whatsoever. All I use is a square piece of steel with duct tape on. So it doesn't scratch anything. And 2 big flat head screwdrivers. First I pop the front bet with a credit card. Pull out the little Square rubber gasket. Insert the piece of steel and insert the screwdrivers underneath it. Then pull up with the screwdrivers. Then it pops open with no damage whatsoever.
Gotta love those highly descriptive "X" labels. I also let out smoke and a few choice words. Why do you say Bosch can no be tested? Are the batteries in a non-standard configuration? Do Bosch put all cells parallel/series and use their BMS to up-convert/divide and regulate?
Hi! Great Vid! Question; with the LGMG1.. Can i just charge the battery with the Bosch charger.. and after i can charge the two cells that were unbalanced? How you charge the two unbalanced cells seperate? And did it work? Thanks ;)
i have a 36 V Bosch 400 Powerpack!! the BMS is down(Flatkable) and 4.Cells are with low Voltage!! The other Cells are fine (3.8 V) . Can i use this Pack to build a 7.S 24 Volt with New BMS. Regards Johannes from Germany.
You can balance up the low cells with an imax b6 (if they are over 2V each). You can also turn in to a 24V battery but that wont be compatible with an bosch ebikes. You ned a new BMS.

We tried charging it but it would not work, think BMS has a short curcuit.
