    Hey all! I just built this golf app where you can get exclusive lessons from the world's greatest golf coaches. It's been the biggest game changer to helping me improve, and wanted everyone to be able to do the same. Check it out here!

    Been working on my irons over the winter period and watching this lesson has helped me immensely. My iron ball striking is so much better now that i have adopted the slight bump forward with my lead hip and releasing the club better with my right hand.
    Thanks Jerome for uploading this video it has been a game changer for me 👍🏾😁

      Thousands. Who knows if he works out a deal with coaches given he's posting on youtube and that draws eyes but for example Dana charges 500$ an hour and it seems like he's seen him 3-4 times now so thats 1500-2000$. Sessinghaus is 400$ an hour and he might've had 2 lessons there? So that's 800$. Sieckman charges 350$ an hour and he spent at least two hours there so thats easily 700$. Then there's his trip expenses to Nebraska which was probably like a grand. Then probably another couple hundred on equipment so it's easily 4k unless he's worked out some discounts lol.
      edit: forgot about derek uyeda....bro is the most expensive out of all of them, charging 950$ an hour....that is miles more than most neurosurgeons lolol

      boy I am puzzled by that comment. I agree with you in a way - I really am intrigued by this man's approach - and he is absolutely making by far the most progress with you of any that i have seen thus far. Where I differ is - there is so much going into what he is saying -- without him there steering the area of focus. I really believe people attempting to duplicate this themselves will really get messed up. just my 2 cents - but absolutely I look forward to seeing/hearing whatever you are doing with this pro - he is phenomenal.

    • @SwimmingBird846
      @SwimmingBird846 7 месяцев назад

      @@pjpredhomme7699In the last video, he went into his method a little bit. He's teaching Jerome about how to make good contact first and foremost. If you crush the ball, but only 80% of the time, you're going to have a really hard time scoring well. I think that his ethos of contact first, direction second, power later (or never) is much more productive if the goal is lowering your scores.

      i love Dana. as a student of his, i can tell you, he can get as technical in biomechanics like someone who has a PhD or can explain it in layman terms for a beginner. also, he teaches out of a municipal course, El Dorado Park in LA, not some fancy country club or facility. super down to earth, treats a beginner the same way as a tour pro.
      every lesson i’ve taken, i hit the best ball striking on the spot on the lesson. swing fixed! then it’s just practice to reinforce and get more consistent from there.

    This video is one the best lessons ive ever seen. A lot of proper driver set up videos have you tilt back to hit up on the ball. What they dont explain is where the weight should be during these set ups. I love hearing about the range of motion increasing if you keep proper weight on your front foot through the back swing.

    I'm trying (and failing) to come up with a video that better encapsulates what a golf lesson actually looks like. This is extraordinary - obviously Dana is an EXCEPTIONAL teacher - I think we can all see that. But also to see how you're taking in the information, processing it, making it your own - it's really incredible. Really excited to see where you go after this lesson - compression is one of the things I've been REALLY working on, and I can say for SURE that I'm not anywhere near in the position Dana had you in there, lol. But it also helped me realize that I COULD get there, with practice and stretching and good technique. Anyway - awesome stuff - can't wait to see where you go from here!

In order to consistently two-putt (60%) you only need to be around 40'. If getting to 5' means flirting with danger, hard pass.
