I learned this method during survival training 21 years ago. 2 weeks ago, I tried doing this on my docking lines, and I made a huge mess 🤣. Everything was tangled. Thanks for the refresher Will.
I was expecting this daisy chain method to be what was shown in this video, but man am I glad I watched to the end. I had no idea the switch had that hidden shelf where you stuffed the rope. I have to jam it in to the top after putting the anchor in and it barely fits especially when coiling it up like this. Awesome!
I used the T shaped tie down in the anchor locker to keep this from unraveling. Just put the last loop in the chain closest to the anchor over one end of the T and pull it tight and it will lock that end. If you tie the anchor to the loop in the locker and make the first loop on the opposite end a basic bite loop it will hold the other end when you pull it tight.

And all of it comes apart when you pull after removing the anchor end from the T including the bite loop on the other end.
Great Job Will!! Another great video from Jetboat pilot! Keep giving the ♥️ to Seadoo Switch!!
This was the most amazing video and was what I needed to place my order for the new anchors!!! ❤
@@RaulCPena we're glad to help!
Quick question. Where do you keep the second anchor normally?
@@RaulCPenaI believe he said under a seat in another video. I’m not 100% though. Might have been a 242.
@@dcouwlier yes he did. After I ordered it he called and thanked me and I asked him. 😃
Oh, very useful. Thanks a lot
@@khey78 you're welcome!
Great video, thank you!
@@D3l3ri0us you're welcome
I have the fortress anchor, but I learned something with the chain senate.
genius!
I do this with extension cords.
Extension cords yes...I'd enjoy watching this happen at the island, does not seem practical to me...different strokes
@@dmoconnellusaf were shooting that video next
Been doing this with drop cords for decades.
