Roger wrote this song about his family, but it really fits Queen's life as a band ❣️
Yah, it's strange how Roger wrote it for his kids but then Freddie took the song so the band could release it on an album. Knowing Freddie had aids when the song came out made it seem like it was about dieing but it's only about growing up
Roger even said it had a background meaning to Freddie as he was dying.
Sì ed è stato bellissimo far vedere foto e brevi video di quando erano proprio I QUEEN!!! Bella anche l interpretazione di Roger... complimentissimi!❤️
Freddie was family. This was the last song he sang with the band. How can you think it was not written for him as he was dying, IDK.

That girl crying..
Don't worry my dear, we can relate
Unicorn Lover, indeed we can. I watch Queen on YT daily, and every time I just wish FM was still alive and doing concerts!
Yes I see her crying through my own tears!... & seeing her cry along with me, made me feel better.
for real.
The band is alive!!!
My Brain: Why you crying?
Me: Replays video
My Brain: I don't blame you.
I read "My Brian" haha I am messed up
I love this song. They still miss Freddie very
much.

When Roger sings " When you can lay back and enjoy it through your kids " , at 1:58 , he looks at his son Rufus playing drums .
Mathew J Kalapura Thank you for the information, I wouldn’t have known who it was. Between that and them showing the photos of each of them, it made a huge knot in my throat.
No, it's deacy
Nope..
They just turn back after crowd give a applause for freddy at the giant screen.
wow didnt know that was his son wow
No, it's john deacon on screen
Roger Taylor not playing drums??!! It’s so cool to see him standing up and singing
That's his son, Rufus, on drums. He's on percussion usually with Queen. And he's the drummer of The Darkness.
In the wembley show Roger sang hello Mary lou a bit of tutti fruti AMD baby your só square and when they performed in Earl s court Roger sang '39
Er hat ja auch diesen Song selber geschrieben und hat auch damals mit gesungen
Well, it's his song. He wrote it. The only other one to sing it was Freddie...and...well...you know how the story ends...
Los 4 cantaban
El que menos se mostraba me parece que era john
Just goes to show how great Queen were and are. The fact their Drummer and Guitarist are better vocalist than most bands frontmen
Not sure about that.
Carol Hagerty You didn’t watch the video then.
@@MrBernardo06 haha omg ily 🤣
You saying Freddie was shit don't start argument
Who said FREDDIE is shit ..I guess he only said Brian and Roger are great vocalist too.. better than most of other band's frontmen..I agree..
Roger has a nice voice
Brian May too
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!!!!!
@@outregamer1314 no one says otherwhise man
We still love you Queen and our children also will love you .
He indeed has, I like his roughness. But man, ciggaretts didn't make it better for him :c I wonder if he still smokes xd I miss his marmaid screams, he was mind-blowing in 70'
Me waiting too see Freddie in the back screen saying "I still love you" at the end of the song 😭
I know. I was expecting it.
I bet Freddie is saying up there:" Yes darling, those are my boys out there! Proud of them!"🖤
The members of Queen meant so much to each of them, especially Freddie, who had some tough times growing up which he really did not want to talk about with the press in interviews.
👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿😍
I wish John was with them
Same 🥺
I think everybody wishes that apart from John.
He fucked off after Freddie's death. If only he stayed... Little did he know the significance Queen has today with a much younger audience, especially after having a band biopic (although it centred heavily around Freddie). I wish he'd do a one-off concert with them.
I wish that, John Deacon was there, with Brian May, Roger Taylor and Roger Taylor's son, Rufus. Sadly, John Deacon retired, after the death of Freddie Mercury. He is a major shareholder, in Queen's music, and John Deacon was affected by the death of Freddie Mercury, in a big way. He lost his best friend, and big brother, when Freddie Mercury died.
Lovely guysxxxooo
Brian's guitar solo gives me goosebumps every time

This goes to prove to all those saying that Brian and Roger and Freddie didn't get along well.....their love for him shines thru.....the sadness too
They’ve all said it was like a family arguing,
Plus the artists tend to be very particular.
@@donnawood3505 very true, and I have read so much nastiness for Dr. May and Roger re their jealousy towards Freddie and how they are making money off Adam now. Am happy to see them still going strong with Adam.
@@lakshkam7899 Some of Freddie's fans are disturbingly possessive, they resent anyone who was in his life.
TheaterPup yeah don't get that
Roger had said before they are all like a married couple or family arguing.

Roger is a cute grandfather
Да-да, роскошный дед)
He would be cuter if he would shave off that beard. I miss his beautiful face so much!
He had a rock voice
I have loved Queen and Freddie for so long.
Thats right. 👍
Roger always had a beautiful voice! So multi-talented. Vocals, drums, and songwriter!
Guitar, too...
agree
And handsome!!
Roger also plays guitar nicely, in his own band The Cross back in 1987 he the frontman and guitarist.
@@tulipacjrocha Yes, so multi-faceted and talented!
That is so beautiful. Seeing Freddie and Deaky makes me cry. Weve grown up with them (im 70) and the love is still there. And Rogers voice always gets me emotional. How blessed we are to still have their music😥💕💕
So true my friend God bless youu❤️
3:17 sending the loudest message to Freddie look there.
I love this song, and how true it is, it brings tears to my eyes, as I am as old as Roger, and Brian, and completely understand what Roger was trying to say when he wrote this song. I still love Roger's raspy voice, he still looks great as so does Brian, Long may Queen play on, and if we ever get out of this virus we are in, may they return to touring, everyone needs it
I’ve always loved Roger’s voice. He’s a perfect drummer, a great composer and a perfect singer. What a genius.
One of Roger's greatest songs.
Yep a cute grandfather with a great gravelly rock n roll voice. I had no.idea his voice was so good. Roger and Brian are an i inspiration to all of us over 60. May you two live forever
I adore Roger's voice!!! ❤
Omg these footages in the background.. so moving moment... i still love you Freddie🤍
I love you Freddie, forever 🎇❤
I still love you forever too
The scenes are from the In my defence video
We all love Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon, Queen. They are legendary, even without Freddie Mercury, and John Deacon. They are still family, after 50 years.
As a new grandfather, this song has a whole new meaning for me.
Such a talent! And he took care of his voice. Plays drums, piano and guitar.
Plus he’s just adorable!!!
It sounds lovely and perfect voice I had this with my late wife and it reminds me of her and I love her so much😘😘😘
Freddie looking from up and smiling
I can see that
It's okay, I didn't need my tears anyway
I'm not crying. It's my eyes that sweat😭😭😭
Roger is a phantastic singer like everybody in the band! Queen is the best band ever!
Love this band, forever in our hearts Freddie!!!
People who disliked has no taste on music
I agree! They like garbage
It just a matter of taste so yes, their taste suck
Brian May for me, is simply the best guitar player ever. No discussion.
Wow, what a great performance. Beautiful.
This made me cry it’s beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Goosebumps and tears
So beautifully sung, great to hear the composer present his creation. Lovely voice. Thank you, Roger!

Roger and Brain still so young ..
It's so nice and appropriate that Roger is doing this one...
Freddie from heaven :
Come on come on I am also singing darling
Great voice of Roger. Beautiful and sad song.
Roger is ALWAYS on key, harmonious in every role he takes on. I love his rare solos. The Queen men are so creative and talented. What savory dishes they serve!
@Simon Ghost Riley no it wasn't, Roger wrote it.

Roger's voice is like that of a young man.. beautiful voice.
Brian May rarely gets the credit for being the top guitarist he is - and Roger Taylor has an excellent voice too.
BM has been a guitar virtuoso & innovator for decades.
Brian May is a very famous motoring journalist nowadays
ooops wrong may
a lot of guitarists find inspiration in brian may, and a lot of rock magazines hold him in high regard. he definitely gets credit.
Beautiful heartfelt song sung by its creator Roger Taylor brings tears to my eyes every time
Whenever i listening to this song...i feel it and it hurts so bad in my heart cause i lost all my mum and little brother and eldest brother

I feel crying remembering Freddie while listening this song.
Roger Taylor has such Charisma. He still looks fantastic and sounds amazing.
I like seeing Roger sing this. He did it as well as Freddie.
may be an unpopular opinion but i think he sings it better. He seems to have more passion. the same with too much love, i think brian sings it better than freddie. may just be because its their songs about their lives
@@EzaVinylAddict no I know but he did sing it
Well, it's Roger's song. He wrote it. So, it does make sense.

Only THOSE musician can play this and get this emotion to me, even when Fredy is not.
Absolutely .. absolutely I'm with you.. wonderfully emotional.. hard to explain the feeling.. nothing compares to this
Sometimes I get to feelin'
I was back in the old days, long ago
When we were kids, when we were young
Things seemed so perfect, you know
The days were endless, we were crazy, we were young
The sun was always shinin'
We just lived for fun
Sometimes it seems like lately
I just don't know
The rest of my life's been just a show
Those were the days of our lives
The bad things in life were so few
Those days are all gone now, but one thing is true
When I look, and I find, I still love you
You can't turn back the clock, you can't turn back the tide
Ain't that a shame
Ooh, I'd like to go back one time on a roller coaster ride
When life was just a game
No use in sitting and thinkin' on what you did
When you can lay back and enjoy it through your kids
Sometimes it seems like lately
I just don't know
Better sit back and go with the flow
'Cause these are the days of our lives
They've flown in the swiftness of time
These days are all gone now, but some things remain
When I look, and I find, no change
Those were the days of our lives, yeah
The bad things in life were so few
Those days are all gone now, but one thing's still true
When I look, and I find
I still love you
I still love you
Roger and Brian are fine singers, even at their age. Dang, if Freddie had gotten sick even a few years later, he would have lived
You can see the love they have for Freddie! Beautiful!
This touched my heart profoundly. It made me cry to see the two of them singing together was amazing. RIP Freddie, the show has gone on after you.
1:08 What I felt when I saw the screen is that I feel so sorry about the breakup.😭😭Freddie Mercury, I miss you so much.
I love that Brian is one of those few guitarist that respects the integrity of his own solos. He plays them almost identical to the original recording.
Absolutely beautiful haunting song sung by its creator Roger Taylor I'm sure you can see Brian wipe away tears gets me everytime
QUEEN, her majesty. Please, never give up !!!
Grande Roger!!
Roger has still the voic of an angel
The song must be bringing memories of Freddie singing in Rogers mind, beautiful penned song

During Brian’s always amazing solo….it’s so cool to see Roger up there next to his son. Wow. The whole thing is so powerful.
What a dedication to Queen with FREDDIE. 👏🏻👏🏻
beautiful ! Freddy is an icon

I cry when ever I hear Queen plays. It's Magic!
Those days will never be forgotten!
thanx so much roger, brian, adam! I love you all so much! I miss freddie :(
I miss Freddie Here. I cry. He would be so proud.
I'm 21 but feels like 60 missing my 20s
From Mexico, thank you Queen!!! We love Fredie too!
what can you say about this utterly emotionally moving song I know it's written by roger reflecting back on his Life but when it was released as band recording with Freddie singing it absolutely took on a whole New meaning at that point Freddie was really ill to see him singing this absolutely beautiful haunting song lyrically musically and emotionally it's takes on a whole new meaning this track and too much love will kill you. Mother love are the most emotionally songs ever written they absolutely get me every single time if you listen to these songs And are not emotionally moved inside then there is something wrong with you
Watching this again reminds me of Japan's long-standing mutual love affair with Queen. They were SO loved in Japan they were stunned on that first trip to find out just how much. They'd never received that kind of treatment in their own country! It does my heart good to see all these young Japanese kids at this concert, and to know that their parents who were at the concerts with Freddie have passed down their love of Queen to their kids.
This song has one of the most hauntingly beautiful guitar solos EVER, IMO.
When you hear into brian's guitar solo
It feels like on heaven
I'm glad they included a few pics of John
True !!😉
