Yep, the part she's singing without words follows the sax melody, and she didn't take a break before or after it, she went right into it and the next lyrics. Her breath control is insane! She sang this song several different ways. Her singing in this performance seemed to emphasize subtle vocal inflections. And I heard that her health condition was particularly poor during the this performance.
I second the poor health part. I have spotted in many occasions some signs of struggle during the performance. She still nailed the vocal but i sometimes feel very sad to see her in pain.
