Dr.T has the most unique voice on ASMR. I love the range from really low and full of bass, to really light and inaudible. I can listen to it all day!
Same here! I love the deep voice, it might just be me but I find male voices relaxing. Same with yours! And I agree the way that the whole video is, like auditable to inaudible

I get the feeling Doc had to visit the DMV recently and made this to vent.

Don't have a car yet too young, but I've been there with family. It's horrible, like my dad went to change the licenses plate. Took 2 hours. For a black licenses plate. Took an hour just for talking, signatures, etc. hella annoying.

I just spent all day at the DMV getting titles transferred. What a nice way to relax after coming home from the DMV.
The DMV must be awful from what I am hearing 😬 I picked up a campervan with my dad today, to transfer title it only took 5 minutes at the post office and I was on my way 🙃
