Flat chocolate ganache cake... chocolate cake

Today's recepie abou flat chocolate cupcake..

Ingredients
Flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Oil 1/8th cup/ butter
Milk 1/8th cup
Egss 2
Sugar 1/3rd cup
Chocolate essence
Coco powder 2 teaspoon
Beat egg white and sugar very well until it become super fluffy. Add 1/8 cup oil, milk, and 3,4 drops of chocolate essence. Mix them well for 5 mins. Now stop the beating and add flour, coco powder and baking powder in it. Mix it very well untill a running consistency is achievied as shown in video above. Pour the batter into cake mold. Placed in preheat pot and baked for 25 mins on light flame.
