Why is the plot dimensions width 65 feet and not the typical 70 or 80 feet, which is already tight to begin with. I was hoping your second phase was going to be more on those lines, but there must be a reason for going the route you chose. Please shed some light on that for me if you can. I’ve always heard that foreigners can’t buy land they only can lease land. I don’t know how the ownership works with condos or prebuilt houses
Lands in Ghana are almost always sold on a lease basis
