    Yam (half) or 1 tuber according to your choice
    1 mackerel fish
    2 fresh paprika
    2 medium size red onions
    2 habanero pepper
    2 small garlic
    small size ginger
    Smoked crayfish 3 tablespoons
    Palm oil 4 tablespoons
    Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
    Seasonings.........✍
    Paprika powder 1/2 tsp + 1/2 (1/2 for steaming fish + 1/2 for pepper sauce)
    white pepper 1/4 + 1 tsp (same 👆)
    Nutmeg powder 1/4 + 1/2 ( same 👆)
    Curry powder 1/4 + 1/2 ( same 👆)
    Garlic powder 1/4 tsp + 1 tsp ( same 👆 )
    Seasoning powder 1/4 for fish + 1 tsp for sauce
    1/2 tsp chili pepper
    Thyme 1/4 tsp
    Salt 1/4 for fish + 1 tsp for sauce
    Preparation.........👩‍🍳
    Seasoning the fish with 1/4 salt, 1/2 tsp chili pepper, small, chopped onions, thyme, curry powder 1/4 tsp, nutmeg 1/4, paprika powder 1/4 tsp, white pepper and garlic powder 1/4 tsp
    Steam in a low heat 3-4 minutes, add about 1/2 cup water and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes,
    After cooking, let it cool then remove all the bones and set aside.
    In a blender, add wash and chopped paprika, 2 habanero pepper, ginger and garlic, crush into medium smooth paste and set aside.
    Now add palm oil into a pot, slightly bleach it, add vegetable oil and wait for 2 minutes for the oil to heat up.
    Add sliced onions and fry for 2 minutes, add deboned fish, crushed vegetables, smoked crayfish, and all the seasonings mentioned above for the sauce.
    stir together, add fish stock and cook in medium heat 5-8 minutes.
    After this time, open, stir and taste it, add 1 tsp salt, stir together and steam in low heat for 2 minutes, fish pepper sauce is ready.
    Peel, wash, slice and place yam in water, to prevent it from going dark.
    Drain off the water when you are ready to fry it, sprinkle salt over it, rub salt into yam or flip it.
    Fry in a medium hot oil, after 5 minutes, flip over to enable it cook properly inside,
    when the bubbles reduce, insert a stick to check if yam is ready.
    Scoop out from oil into a kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
    Serve while still hot with the fish sauce.
    Enjoy your meal.
