Hill Country music is a gift to America!
There's probably no other blues drummer who impresses me as much as Cedric Burnside, not to mention his vocals and stage presence.
Have you had a chance to see him live? If not, GO ! LOL, and I'm not even playing, I swear it's like a spiritual experience!

I love that Mississippi Hill Country Blues. Its kind of hypnotic! I've watched a lot of RL Burnside videos and lately 3 videos of Kenny Brown - fantastic with the added keyboards!

I really like the band configuration with Cedric on the drums. It seems to me he's most comfortable there, and I can really feel this music with him providing the beat. Guitarist brings the RL vibe.

Why isn't the guitarist's name mentioned on the credits? Cedric is a mind-blowing musician but they are a formidable team and as we know are interchangeable re guitar and drums...both should be credited.
