What a darling memory and yet even this memory is 20 years old!!
No one makes good movies anymore this is one of the best tv shows in life thanks to all of you for being part of my life
I think Jon Walmsley is right about the early 70s being a time of movies that were made specifically for television. I remember "The ABC Monday Night Movie", and some TV movies were very good, like "Duel" with Dennis Weaver.
I was 10yrs old when the Homecoming first broadcasted! I remember we only had one Tv back then, and my mom & dad were watching it, so I went into the living room to watch it with them! Because of that “movie”, I’m still a Waltons fan today, and catch the reruns on ME TV!
great memories thankyou for sharing Frances (Australia)
Love this so much! I could have listened to them for hours. Definitely missing David & Richard. 🌼
Great Reminiscening of a Classic Movie, and show. Always a part of my childhood, and adult years, especially at Christmas. A favorite of my mother and me!!! Beautiful!!! Thank you for posting! God Bless You!
These actors are gold.
How beautiful this is!❤
I love The Waltons Home Coming I never saw the end I fell asleep every time Great movie great job
Love seeing you guys again. Love your reminiscing of "The Homecoming" and thus "The Waltons." Remember those great movies and shows. Miss not having such shows today. Hallmark has "When Calls The Heart" by Michael Landon Jr. And a few others.
I remember watching 'The Homecoming' when I was in the first grade in 1971
I was in kindergarten the first time it was on. I was horrified when Elizabeth opened the broken doll and cried "She's DEAD" before throwing it down. Something about the broken china face was shocking and revolting when I was five. The next year I closed my eyes or turned away so i wouldn't see it. Kami Cotler and I are within months of the same age.
Me too, I taped in 1986 VHS, and still watch it every Christmas Eve! It's just tradition !
Jon Walmsley is so handsome! All of them are just great and beautiful!
justess martin John Walmsley was the model and voice for Christopher Robin
And very talented!🎈🎈
I watch the show every night before I go to bed. I wish the world was like that today.

Thank you so much for sharing. The Waltons, and its characters, places and people will forever be a part of my life. Not just growing up, but in my adult life as well. I am very very thankful that it's still showing, because I've got to introduce it to my grand daughters. Thank you again.

Loved the Waltons!
My favorite is Mary Ellen, but there is no show that comes close to them, maryellen is strong person, I also love the mother
Great stories. Same as on the show.
When Elizabeth got pushed out the door, they weren’t going to crack walnuts. They were going to Ike’s store to see that missionary lady hand out gifts.
Mary Ellen forever
Judy looked so professional there!
from 2001, and I'm starting to feel pangs of nostalgia
Eric Scott (Ben Walton) still very handsome until today.
Why do you say that?
Kami is the prettiest girl ever. Just beautiful.
cool
Love this! It is very funny!
You all look so different
Tiffany Turtle lol that tends to happen when you grow up.
Love
waltons use to be on you tube wal mart has them
Kami Cotrel (Elizabeth Walton) is 'BEAUTIFUL' : )
I just love love love love love love love judy norton as mary Ellen walton and kami Cotler as Elizabeth walton and mary Beth McDonough as Erin walton are my all time favourite favourite Favourite characters 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Delightful. And Mr Bergen projected his voice up the chimney to be Santa Claus as a treat to the kids (and all in attendance). Patricia Neal, I felt was THE mother, as she had the physical presence, and although Michael Learned was great, she was just too darn pretty - to have a passel of kids.
Just subbed! Happy holidays!

❤❤❤❤
Elizabeth so pwetty
No one ever mentions jon wamsley (Jason) must have had audioplasty done on his ears..because on the Walton's they stuck out real far. Now they are against his head
Is the house from the movie still there , or was it just a set?

@@lupitacaceres8648 Not from the tv show , from the movie, in Wyoming ?
@@Jay-vr9ir no, that one was a replica of the house where Earl Hamner, the writer and narrator was born and grew up. The one where the episodes where filmed was in Burbank and it was dismantled after the end of the filming.
I think Patricia Neal would have made a great Mom on The Waltons.
why is john boy not with you guys
Elizabeth is pretty.
Good but flawed show.
Why do you say it was flawed?
They are all wearing purple and this is a satanic color. This speaks volume.
@@lindaparisi3175 I have never heard purple is satanic. It's an old color for royalty. I like purple and I'm not satanic. What a dumb remark.
@@lindaparisi3175 Red and black are the satanic colors, if there is any such thing.
@@carollewis3912 I'm wondering about that to. Matter of fact, I have always known purple is suppose to be a color of royalty, all the rich people wear purple. And red and black aren't colors of satan or satanic, they are just simply, colors, that's all.
