yea it's pretty much just black and white. but I also used the trick with ECHO to make all my lights brighter

It's literally just a color scheme preset that the game gives you for your frame and weapons. Go into the paint section and select "entire frame" and "all units". Then go into "color set" and you'll find the color scheme in the "light" category.
