I'm thinking of getting the e208 but my only question is does it lock the charging plug in so nobody can unplug it whilst I'm at the store for example?
I've ordered the e208 GT Premium, given that it is the top of the range version, I was surprised that it didn't come with as standard certain things like heated seats. Looking at the specs. on paper there is no difference in performance between the GT Premium and other models in the range.
@@Chappers.Gaming I didn’t realise it didn’t come as standard when I tried to order them it was too late, the delivery date still isn’t cast in stone either. I also think if a “real” GT comes out, the battery life and range will go down.
@@SimonPlatten you might be able to Push for heated seats and just don't accept the car refused it they can't do nothing. After all they need your signature to sign it off, and yes it did come with heated seats, I fell into this trap to as of 2021 they stop heated seats on all cars unless you pay 200 regardless of spec.. to me that's a poor move.. as of next year 2023 they will do a E208 Facelift / refresh model so expect changes and potentially new range so I'm going to wait until then, but they did hint a E208 GT spec ( a proper GT ) is rumoured to come out.. 2023 onwards some time so who knows... But yeah it will have less range however, they may give it a better battery then the one they have now, Also it is said that in 2023 that the GT spec cars will ( the one you got I assume ) will get extra HP over the other specs so I think they said 168bhp over 132bhp it's currently got. I know it's nothing massive but I guess it's something different.
The top-spec will always be the best! 😎 And yes, more BHP would be awesome! But please be sure to contact your local Peugeot Dealer for specifics on specs and organise a test drive to see what will suit you the most! All the best.
Great reviews from journalists but can't hide the fact that there are over 350 of these for sale on auto trader at the time of writing this comment, which is a lot for a car introduced in 2020 in a high demand used car market.....something to do with faulty charging modules according to the internet...
I had this car but somethings bothered me a lot and is just personal, not saying it would bother someone else and it was the petrol version not electrique... First was the seat I couldn`t put it all the way back and I am not the tallest guy just 178cm tall... Second was the entertainment screen and that s for all cars it should be in the dashboard not above bcz it gives you more dead corners also the mirrors are to fat gives you dead corners also.... Then the driving mybe bcz is comfort springs but when taking corners I not felt that safe with this car mybe bcz I am used to have larger and wider cars with more sport settings... And after somewhile I think the back was too small and overal the car is small... Also the steering wheel you have to get used too but it s okay with the steering wheel, I love the steering never had a car that steers so easy! The 3d cockpit is a little bit disseapointed and I think having a hud is as good even better I think then the 3D cockpit... Also I heard the distribution belt is not an easy part to change and also inside the casket and you have to take wright oil or you wil ruin your belt faster.... Overall not a bad car but those things made me look for another car. This is mostly a personal view about this car but mybe some points some ppl will take in case when they want to buy this car.

thats why im waiting for a real GT one if it comes, and yeah they made heated seats a £200 extra no mater what spec

Is it worth getting the E208 11kwh? I was looking at the premium GT 11kwh spec?
Also they need an E208 GTI with 200bhp that would make my Day...
