FIFA and UEFA won't get less greedy, hoping for less games in the year is just wishful thinking. Adapt or die, it's how business works and football is no different. Overworking your workers and crying that they drop left and right is simply stupid. Lower the average wages, employ more players for each position so you can rotate and don't rely on a "top 11" anymore. I am absolutely against lowering wages of workers but I am sure that they can live with a few millions a year less without starving. And if a player still demands a huge wage then let him burn out somewhere else. There are only two options for a winning team of tomorrow: 30+ man Squads that actually can play together interchangeably or FIFA/UEFA making a 360 and suddenly forgetting how much they love money.
Have u seen the news, Fifa and Uefa will be called to a massive meeting with fifpro regarding legal action of abuse of players and fixture congestion. We could potentially finally see a limit players can play in a season like 40 maybe
I would say this is more of a symptom of the things that have been allowed to plague the sport over the years, those being agents demanding crazy high fees and wages for their players, multi club ownership and foreign state ownership. All of these things, along with the highly congested match schedule, need to be gone.
Solid work and many areas to touch on. Big matches certainly aren’t awaited like they once were. They’ll be many more injuries in the future which will raise the issues time and time again.
People are angry because footballers are overworking but soldiers, construction workers they are working more and they are crucial for nation but sad life they don't get as recognition and salary as footballers
This comments section is filled with people with no empathy and only envy. If you all gonna compare suffering relative to yours or anyone else then every suffering gets normalised. And who benefits from that? The rich and the politicians. At this point, politicians sound more sane. Yes, they earn big money but after retirement they won't have any other relevant skill to make 10% of that. At the same time, with this much pressure on their body, their retirement age would come down. Just think of people as human beings. They are people not slaves.
Most footballers retire at 35. The average person retires at 65, some even 70. What are you saying? Some pro footballers only play high-level football for 10 years, and they are set for life. Do you know when a construction worker retire? You don't make any sense at all. Most pros at high levels even on the bench make 1M a year on average just sitting on the bench. Please. I don't know if youare Rich but why should most broke people which is 78% of the human population live paycheck to paycheck care about them. Just don't get me started, that is just a little to show how easy they have it.
@@Masterlove2694who the hell have it easy? First of all you’re too blinded by big leagues salaries, there’re thousands of players outside of top ten that play professionally if you don’t know, and they make way less than you think, second of all they retire at 35 because it’s really hard to sustain physical fitness at 35 in professional sport, and you comparing 9-5 to professional football is diabolical, you can just apply and start working 9-5, pro football doesn’t work like that, you need to be scouted, be in a great shape throughout all career, you need to be able to read the game, and be the best on your position, and be ready to be abused on the internet aswell.
Those people doesn't know how terrible it is to be footballer nowadays they think they just pass the ball and get huge money, they know nothing about their suffer. Fans and board who have higher expectation which make player have huge pressure, more game result more tired and injuries which lead to losing potential and ruin their career. They don't even know there are league outside of top 5 where they mostly(this included main player as well) doesn't even reach to 70k euroes or above per week and let's not forget young player doesn't even start with huge wages to begin with in fact it's below most of 9-5 worker wages, they need to work hard so they could even get bigger wages.
One solution is to increase the squad size of club and national teams. There are so many players who want to play at the top level. Look at Chelsea for instance, they have like 200 players on their roster, they can rotate everyone . Other clubs can follow this model too.
Without a continuous and consistent structure it is hard for the team and players to develop. Changing team every week greatly harms team performance and chemistry btw players.
If the research says 55 matches is the bodies limit, then simply set a limit on the number of games each player can play in one calendar year, say 60. Then make it a 80/20 or 90/10 split between club and country. Fifa and uefa are not gonna suddenly feel like players are more important than money. So fine, let them keep on increasing the number of games as much as they like but limit the number of games a player can play. Great video quality. Your work is unrivalled, Shout out bro. Definitely sharing this video with people out there.
Great video and editing, ps, I wouldn’t mind being paid millions just to play a game even if it’s every day! And I think most players see injuries as mine vacations because when their club or nation reach a final all of a sudden they’re back without an explanation
The number of matches didn't increase as radically as their salaries. Not only FIFA and UEFA are greedy, but so are the players I remember the day when the WC was actually enjoyable and was actually free for the world to watch
It's not really FIFA & UEFA. It's the players and the agents demanding obscene salaries. The clubs and associations have to schedule more games to generate more revenue, to pay these wages
For the enablers. Footballers are spoiled af. They get so much money for 90min of play…. Stop simping… talk about the real people that goes to real jobs. Football is entertainment DONT EVER FORGET THAT. Everybody and anybody can play football but not everybody can be a doctor, pilot, pediatrician, etc etc… we are giving to much attention and importance to these celebrities/footballers.
For: 1.This hectic schedule tightens competition from smaller decent teams to the bigger teams because the big teams either have injuries or have rotated (in all competitions) Against: teams now like man city and arsenal play very dull football because it is very efficient for the players and their win rates.
There is NO rule where players MUST play every match. Whether that's in your league, your domestic cup(s),continental cup(s),Nations League,World Cup qualifiers, whatever. That's on the managers. They make millions of dollars. Tell your manager,"hey I'm really tired can I get a week or 2 off?". So I don't want to hear it.
These players earn millions, instead of them yapping about too much games and workload, they should quit football and look for another job of an average man that doesn't drain their bodies. Fans get angry when their best eleven are not being used, same as the players themselves, they complain to managers the moments they're not being used in games, yet they still complain about too much games. Silly lazy entitled players we have nowadays.
if everyone thought like this the sport would be dead in the water, we are literally in an injury crisis right now, real madrid are missing a bunch of players, man city are missing a bunch of players, and much more.
When you get to 100k Subs and in a year or two to 1 mil subs, I want a shirt. Absolutely love the thematic you talk about, the graphics in the video, the editing. All of it is top notch. Keep up the good work!
I don't like seeing all these football getting injured 😞 For those of us who have played sports, we know that injuries are so difficult to comeback from and play like how u were able to before the injury
This bugs me about this who'll situation. If the players, manager, and club owners all agree that they don't care about specific tournaments. Why don't they just decide to play below sub-par? Instead of using the time to train and tire the body for that game no one cares for, let the players rest, and play on 10%-15% in the match. If they lose, who cares. The faster you get out of that tourney, the better. However, if say the club owners do care, than you have a bigger problem than just Fifa.
Put more accountability on your owners for not building a bigger squad in the transfer window. Put more accountability on your manager for not rotating their squad properly.
These players make an extremely excessive amount of money per week I think it's pretty fair for them to be playing that many games tbh. The ones who take their jobs seriously will be fine and the ones who don't are the ones getting injured. Example, CR7 and Neymar, one of them is nearly 40 and still in the best shape of his life never getting injuries either, the other is constantly injured and has barely played any matches at all for his new team, but always seems to be having the time of his life at parties and clubs.... Fifa and Uefa creating more games is NOT the issue.
I think somebody even said that before.... players through asking those high salaries have fallen in the trap now teams are looking for more ways to make revenue through more matches
@@namelessacc12 it is absolutely not the clubs. It is the exact reason the Super League was attempted...the clubs wanted to have control of their own destinies. They specifically spoke about the fact that they were taking all of the risks, signing expensive players, paying massive wages, and then being forced to play a ridiculous amount of matches and risk injuries...and when they do get injured, the clubs are the ones who suffer financially...UEFA benefits hugely from the clubs' investments, but share no risk at all.
Their money doesn't make them any less human than anyone else. They worked to get to that point and still deserve to get treated fairly. Unless you want them to take PEDs, their performance will have limits.
Football teams have multiple players that they don’t play. They only focus on the top 5% of players . And it’s the top 5% of players that are the ones that play every game and get injured . When they’re meant to rotate their team, the managers only relying on one or two players..

Cry
@@Masterlove2694you are so blind
Quality is insane
There is only 52week per year but those guy had 70 games per season/year. UEFA add more UCL match just to block European Super League campaign .
How europeans, through predatory practices, worsened the south American club football:
Love your videos but if you could make your voice louder than the background music and sound effects it would be great, they're just a bit too loud.
I'm just baffled that 12 European teams will be participating in the club world cub, African teams just 3 to 4 teams. This is no World Cup to me.
Great video and editing, ps, I wouldn’t mind being paid millions just to play a game even if it’s every day! And I think most players see injuries as mine vacations because when their club or nation reach a final all of a sudden they’re back without an explanation
Bootlicking is very unbecoming
@ no idea what that is supposed to mean!?
This video is sick man, nice work
The number of matches didn't increase as radically as their salaries.
Not only FIFA and UEFA are greedy, but so are the players
I remember the day when the WC was actually enjoyable and was actually free for the world to watch
Lol, even if players take a paycut, nothing will change. It is fifa and uefa that has the power
Great video, love how you tell your story. A part of this club world cup is a money cleaning scam.
this has such a simple solution no player can play more than 60 times in a single seasons
It's not really FIFA & UEFA. It's the players and the agents demanding obscene salaries. The clubs and associations have to schedule more games to generate more revenue, to pay these wages
thats not how it works. but sure blame the puppets instead of the orchestrators
Great content, mate! Subscribed.
Amazing video, finally I found channel which make quality video
Ronaldo is an alien
very good video!! hope this gets more views
For:
1.This hectic schedule tightens competition from smaller decent teams to the bigger teams because the big teams either have injuries or have rotated (in all competitions)
Against: teams now like man city and arsenal play very dull football because it is very efficient for the players and their win rates.
Chelsea was ahead of time. They signed soooo many players to survive the intense schedule. This should be interesting

What a legend rodri 🫡
This is how normal people work. Do you think brick layers, plumbers, electricians etc get a mont off work? 😂😂
£200,000 per week vs £500. These athletes are well paid for their work.
they shouldn’t even be getting paid that they should be getting paid more they generate more money than everyone thinks
Great video, but the music is a bit loud for me.
Get rid of the countless international breaks
Finally someone made an in depth video on this topic!
Quality bro, Quality bro❤
a lot of players are now getting injured . it’s crazy. as a football fan there’s way to many games
You sound jealous
One of the best videos on football I’ve ever watched on here
10:03 this part is so important that 2 people had to say it!😄
Great channel. New subscriber! 👋🏾
Here's how I'd deal with this:
Make the League Cups, cups for the U20 squads, have a U20 Champions League for example, showcase development.
It already exist though
Uefa Youth league is right there lil bro
I mean what's the point for the efl cup, the fa cup is already there just scrap it lol
When you get to 100k Subs and in a year or two to 1 mil subs, I want a shirt. Absolutely love the thematic you talk about, the graphics in the video, the editing. All of it is top notch. Keep up the good work!
I don't like seeing all these football getting injured 😞
For those of us who have played sports, we know that injuries are so difficult to comeback from and play like how u were able to before the injury
Where do you get your stats from?
Matches and minutes played
Love your work
Best Visual RUclips channel 🔥🏆
I would say fifa card rating system is one hell of a demotivating factor
This bugs me about this who'll situation. If the players, manager, and club owners all agree that they don't care about specific tournaments. Why don't they just decide to play below sub-par?
Instead of using the time to train and tire the body for that game no one cares for, let the players rest, and play on 10%-15% in the match. If they lose, who cares. The faster you get out of that tourney, the better.
However, if say the club owners do care, than you have a bigger problem than just Fifa.
Nice video but you're missing the bigger picture.
Players should strike and stop playing for some time that fifa and UEFA hear their voice
Before anything remember the has a 82 game schedule
They should work a 9-5 job for 12-16€ per hour then they will never complain again
Fórmula 1 race start in March or April and finish the season like November so they get 3.5 months off
Great great video.
the Thumbnail peek 🔥
Put more accountability on your owners for not building a bigger squad in the transfer window. Put more accountability on your manager for not rotating their squad properly.
Make a video about the club world cup. What it would mean for Asian and African teams
Why ain’t nobody talking about the thumbnail💀
I don't THINK Rodri will be the player he used to be when he comes back.
Seeing Neymar in the graphic made me tear... His body is clearly suffering
The same way we have ffp to regulate clubs finances, we should also have policies that regulate players game time or minutes.
Oi mate
Your track jacket is nice n proper
What company makes it?
Lookin Japanese hooligan
£375,000 a week
£19.500.000 a year
£226.744 per match..... no don't feel sorry for any footballer.
I think somebody even said that before.... players through asking those high salaries have fallen in the trap now teams are looking for more ways to make revenue through more matches
@@namelessacc12 +1
@@namelessacc12 it is absolutely not the clubs. It is the exact reason the Super League was attempted...the clubs wanted to have control of their own destinies. They specifically spoke about the fact that they were taking all of the risks, signing expensive players, paying massive wages, and then being forced to play a ridiculous amount of matches and risk injuries...and when they do get injured, the clubs are the ones who suffer financially...UEFA benefits hugely from the clubs' investments, but share no risk at all.
It is better that freaking working just to survive and help family to stay alive.
Their money doesn't make them any less human than anyone else. They worked to get to that point and still deserve to get treated fairly. Unless you want them to take PEDs, their performance will have limits.
Quality content.. awesome
Just have a look at the Barca , Madrid and City squads , they’re so depleted
as fans and supporters we have a role to play here. We really need to stan dup for our teams
The thumbnail is nuts💀👍
Kalvin Phillips was honestly a waste of transfer and should have stayed at Leeds, so much untapped potential
if you notice the players faces after a game now they look EXHAUSTED and their face looks so tired from before
Crazy edit
Football teams have multiple players that they don’t play.
They only focus on the top 5% of players .
And it’s the top 5% of players that are the ones that play every game and get injured . When they’re meant to rotate their team, the managers only relying on one or two players..
Top 5 players sell the tickets.
Such a great video
Chelsea's 35 player squad will be the model used by the "big clubs" in due time...
now add teams who don’t have the money to have two good player for each position like city.
Wow nice work
And now militao, this is horrible
Players need to just boycott the Club WC. If they have to say they’re sitting out due to a “strained eyelid” then that’s how they should do it.
Boycott the nations league too. Irrelevant. Only purpose is money and to make players stresfull
