My Wendy's horror story is waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes for an online order, only to get to the speaker and they said they don't have an order under my name. I pulled up to the window because I thought they were mistaken and they still said they don't have my order. Then I had to leave the drive thru and start over. By that time, the line was even longer.
You can always pick up online orders inside ... there should be an option for front and not drive through... they usually do not have to check them in and it'll automatically pop up so it'll be made and done and sitting on the mobile shelf up front ... no lines at all
You must have been hungry to wait in the line for so long.
My Wendy's horror story is waiting in line and I pull up to the intercom and they tell me "The drive thru is closed and I would have to come inside to order." And I had my sleeping baby in the back.

2nd story: When its people like that guy picking on women, always just call police after the second encounter of him demanding things then cursing you out, & definitely after the moron tries waiting by your car!
I usually just have weapons ready when I walk to mine after work, because I figure if they really want trouble they just found what they’re looking for!LOL
I usually only call police on behalf of other people who need it, otherwise I don’t mind having some fun by standing up to bad people, as bullies are generally pussies when it comes to someone crazier than they are!lol
I get not calling the police on the first incident. Even though he was most likely trying to do something bad, you would doubt yourself. But then he does it again a while later and chases you? Call the police. She would not survive a horror movie.

She wasn't very good either. Handing out free food when it's not even your food or franchise is just wrong, especially since she didn't pay for it, she was inviting trouble.
First story: call the police, or drive there and explain situation.
Second story: good on you and manager for trusting your instructs.
Third story: should've made a few random turns to see if he's really following you. Never turn into your street. Drive to nearest police station.

The Wendy's hungry man....a man ask for something free, you gave him a chicken sandwich. He then ate it and came back and ask for something else free. Now, If anyone comes up to anyone and asks for food, especially those who look homeless, why NOT give him a full meal: sandwich, ff, and a drink. I think the guy might be mentally impaired because many homeless people are. His strange behavior could have very well been mental illness. I think the guy at Wendy's should have given this man something more to eat than just a sandwich. I would have even paid for it out of my own pocket. Some people, especially those young who haven't lived enough to understand what REAL LIFE may be for many. Being hungry and possibly homeless. Pay it forward. Do the right thing. So, the guy acted weird, he may have been homeless, hungry, and down on his luck. And, him acting weird could have VERY well been because he's mentally challenged. You wanna know what REAL weirdness is.......look at Donald Trump. Now, that man is weird.
