Anyone who floods could sue now, seeing as the Supreme Court said the state is at fault.

The East Fork of the San Jacinto has no affect on Kingwood. It's the WEST fork of the SanJac. that comes down from the the Woodlands to 59 north bridge in Humble. Do you people even have a river map? And Hidalgo doesn't even have a clue what goes on up here.

See you need to have a frontier way of living or a mind set of Willie Nelson who travels around in a Tour Bus or a camper. I think that the Army core of engineers might have done this on purpose? Or they might have engineered for this to happen? I thought that this would teach people to help each other a little bit?
