Yo Ronnie, I have been afraid of trying flips and spins without matresses because i once tried a frontflip in my backyard and landed on my spine which hurt for several months. I have never been able to do it since then, not even on sand. Any tips of how to regain the ability to try flips without haveing the fear of getting hurt? (I did watch the "How to overcome fears" video)
Frontflip its harder then backflip:) #Frontfliphurt #backflipshowsthatyouraninja
Mate just practice on mats and pads until you're consistent and then do it on grass. If you've practiced it enough it should feel pretty comfortable. If not you might have to force yourself to do it, but of course make sure you are consistent on pads first.

could you do a tutorial on the trick where you vertical wallrun but kong volt onto the top of the wall (sorry don't know the name)
It's a variation of pop vault, people sometimes call it pop to monkey/kong or monkey/kong pop vault. There are many tutorials for the standard pop vault and monkey/kong on youtube, but probably none for this particular combination. Some traceurs, however, may mention it in pop vault tutorials. If u want to learn pop to monkey, first make sure u can do those 2 basic vaults well and then try it on a medium wall and move to a higher one when u feel comfortable with the movement. Make sure you've found a grippy wall ;)

Well, I clicked on this video to do this but I don't know the wall spin so I clicked on that, told me to learn how to palm spin before the wall spin, then it told me to learn the turn vault, 40 minutes later I am no where close to ready...
