    wall flips are easier than backtucks in my opinion.

      Yes that is actually very true no argument because when u do a backflip theres nothing helping you but with a wall flip the wall helps you get more height and rotate over which are the main things people fail at when attempting a regular backflip

    All my wall flips were super low because I didn't realize how important it was to swing my arms when doing the wall flip. Now that I swing my arms it's a LOT easier.

    Its amazing how the interior of every LDS church is practically the same. Knowing that you're in a LDS building in Utah and my ward building looks like that is funny to think about.

    This channel is great! I was able to learn parkour *EASILY*! Just watch his videos, train, and for me: a couple of days and I'm good to go! I got used to this after like, two tries.

      Fahim Adib Don't worry. If you know how to do a backflip on the trampoline standing you should be fine. Landing on your neck is almost impossible when doing a backflip, trust me. I was really nervous about that too!

    I got over the fear by putting one foot on the wall and the other on the ground then doing a backhandspring which helped me get over the fear.

    before i watched this i have been doing a wall run (3:07) of a tree on one of the big roots. and i had no experience the first time. i just Yolod it and succeeded.

    I have great difficulty doing this flip. I know the motion of it and I have the confidence but I need to try it on a mat but every mat that I see just takes all of my momentum up
