Singular Point Godzilla’s first form (Aquatilis) is an ugly looking Titanosaurus, and his third form looks like Gorosaurus and Gabara fused together. His fourth, last or final form just looks like shit. His Atomic Breath is cool though. Still much better than Zilla

The entire premise of Singular Point was brilliant. It helped blur the gap between all the ridiculousness of Kaiju with something that seemed somewhat rational. An invading ecosystem of higher-dimensional organisms is provocative, and goes a long way to making a good bucket where you chuck all of the otherwise scientifically impossible things these creatures can do. I really hope we get a second season, the first was probably the best bit of Godzilla media produced out of Japan since Shin Godzilla.
This show was so much fun for me, definitely not for everyone but wow was this just very trippy, the science approach I thought was very creative, now I’m just excited for how they will handle Mechagodzilla and possibly more “extra-dimensional” kaiju!
Let's be real the moment Godzilla went Ultima and the ifukube theme started playing as he charged the atomic breath we were all kids again seeing Godzilla be a badass.
I love the concepts and such here, I just wish that they didn't have to use designs for other monsters for Godzilla's pre-Ultima forms. I would have loved to see them as their own characters.
My favorite Godzilla design, unlike the previous incarnations, which sported scars and looked outdated, or a large crocodile or statue, this design actually shows Godzilla as a yokai, which makes sense since he now is a symbol of Japanese Culture

Same, and it seems the concept designer for Ultima had a bit of beef with how the final 3d outcome turned out to be as well. Seeing the concept arts I now understand what they were going for and wish they executed it better. All in all still one of my favorite design too!
While I'm not a big fan of the design- its utterly imaginative and well animated compared to the laziness of Godzilla Earth- I do love the Shin inspiration and the chilling Return of Godzilla roar makes it for me.
This anime had so much potential, if they had just made the dialogue explaining the plot simpler and not made it as complicated as a quantum physics lecture then we would've had something.
I like that his breath actually takes time to burst through objects rather then being a Infinite damage kill laser that doesn't do indescribable damage specifically against other large monsters.
First of all, this show is awesome and I loved it. But in my opinion, it is SO confusing. There are points where it just feels like the show splits into two separate plots. Like, you have the rest of the world who are just trying to figure out what the hell is going on with Godzilla and all the rodan flocks showing up all over the place and stuff. The scenes in which we focus on this is where you have all your monster action and all the cool stuff. Then you have all the scenes with Mei Kamino and Li Guiying. Not gonna lie, those scenes are the ones I kind of zoned out on. The whole thing about how time works and all that stuff just kind of feels out of place for a Godzilla anime. To much science and math and stuff. I couldn’t understand about 99% of anything the characters where saying. Those scenes are the ones where you have your brain hurtage and life contemplation. Hell, there was even a scene where Li asks Mei to think of a number and say it aloud. She thinks of the number 9 (I think). Li then tells Mei to count the number of flowers in the painting next to her. There are 9. It was at about this point where I’m thinking “ok, well I would probably have just said 3 or something”. Then the next thing I know, Mei literally says, “Well what if I changed it to 3”. OK WHAT THE HELL!!! Ok rambling over, I have a second thing to say. Please elaborate on that weird soul looking rodan. I want to know what that’s all about. P.s to whoever actually read this whole thing, congrats to you. Like srsly this took FOREVER.
You know it's weird when this new Godzilla first appeared his first form looked like a shark and when he emerged from what looked like a cocoon he now looks like a giant mutated crocodile.
I just love how whenever there is a new incarnation of Godzilla, he's always looking uglier than ever but still retains his human shape and everything core about him but his atomic breath looks to be evolving just as much as he does.
This series is like Grant Morrison's Godzilla, complete with all the weird sci-fi concepts, references and appreciation for the source material, and crazy occult and religous undertones.
Nice touch with this latest incarnation of Godzilla because just like Shin Godzilla Godzilla Singular Point uses all the roars of the Godzilla's of the past and also just like Shin Godzilla Godzilla Singular Point has music playing as he powers up the atomic breath.
Singular Point was such a missed opportunity. Cant believe they wasted this because this Godzilla has an amazing design and very unique atomic breath. Still couldn't beleive that he doesn't even show up until 6-7 episodes in. Jet Jaguar action scenes was pretty cool tho throughout the series.

I love the concepts and such here, I just wish that they didn't have to use designs for other monsters for Godzilla's pre-Ultima forms. I would have loved to see them as their own characters.

It’s not something made for the show it’s a remade version of the Heisei Godzilla theme 2019’s KOTM and GvK also had they’re own remade versions.
My favorite Godzilla design, unlike the previous incarnations, which sported scars and looked outdated, or a large crocodile or statue, this design actually shows Godzilla as a yokai, which makes sense since he now is a symbol of Japanese Culture

First i F***ING DESPISED that new design for Godzilla, but now it has grown on me so much, that it turned out to be one of my favorite design!
Same, and it seems the concept designer for Ultima had a bit of beef with how the final 3d outcome turned out to be as well. Seeing the concept arts I now understand what they were going for and wish they executed it better. All in all still one of my favorite design too!
While I'm not a big fan of the design- its utterly imaginative and well animated compared to the laziness of Godzilla Earth- I do love the Shin inspiration and the chilling Return of Godzilla roar makes it for me.
This anime had so much potential, if they had just made the dialogue explaining the plot simpler and not made it as complicated as a quantum physics lecture then we would've had something.

First of all, this show is awesome and I loved it. But in my opinion, it is SO confusing. There are points where it just feels like the show splits into two separate plots. Like, you have the rest of the world who are just trying to figure out what the hell is going on with Godzilla and all the rodan flocks showing up all over the place and stuff. The scenes in which we focus on this is where you have all your monster action and all the cool stuff. Then you have all the scenes with Mei Kamino and Li Guiying. Not gonna lie, those scenes are the ones I kind of zoned out on. The whole thing about how time works and all that stuff just kind of feels out of place for a Godzilla anime. To much science and math and stuff. I couldn’t understand about 99% of anything the characters where saying. Those scenes are the ones where you have your brain hurtage and life contemplation. Hell, there was even a scene where Li asks Mei to think of a number and say it aloud. She thinks of the number 9 (I think). Li then tells Mei to count the number of flowers in the painting next to her. There are 9. It was at about this point where I’m thinking “ok, well I would probably have just said 3 or something”. Then the next thing I know, Mei literally says, “Well what if I changed it to 3”. OK WHAT THE HELL!!!
Ok rambling over, I have a second thing to say. Please elaborate on that weird soul looking rodan. I want to know what that’s all about.

I thought I'd seen everything, then I saw Godzilla with an aiming reticle.
I just love how whenever there is a new incarnation of Godzilla, he's always looking uglier than ever but still retains his human shape and everything core about him but his atomic breath looks to be evolving just as much as he does.
This series is like Grant Morrison's Godzilla, complete with all the weird sci-fi concepts, references and appreciation for the source material, and crazy occult and religous undertones.

Singular Point was such a missed opportunity. Cant believe they wasted this because this Godzilla has an amazing design and very unique atomic breath. Still couldn't beleive that he doesn't even show up until 6-7 episodes in. Jet Jaguar action scenes was pretty cool tho throughout the series.
