Good on ya mate , getting to the bottom of that and providing that lady with top shelf informed and experienced service in a thoroughly honest way. I dips me lid ! Going way past the any level of care by so called "professionals' registered as builders in the industry who plainly couldn't give a toss who originally did that shambolic work.
